58 yo NorCal bear restarting pumping – 7.5 × 6 starting, chasing 8+ girth

58-year-old bear from Northern California here. Been pumping on and off for years (mostly 2–2.5" cylinders, 5–8 inHg, 2–3×15 min sets). Current stats roughly 7.5 length × 6–6.2 girth (depending on how recently I’ve pumped).Goal is simple: push past 8" girth and keep the fat, veiny look I love showing off in saunas.Restarting a serious routine now. Visiting New Zealand for two months in January. Now, what you are looking for is for an 8in girth or and 8in length? The first part, you said you are at 7.5in, and in my interpretation, you want to get to 8in length.

But the latter part, you indicate 8in girth, pushing hard from an existing 6.2in girth, with thick girth plateau.

We are looking at various way to accelerate the tissue turnover period where the thickened tissues are soften faster so brothers can continue with their routines.

Pumping alone while at a plateau requires to first have this turnover period. During this break period, light jelqs or simple exercises are fine. But moderate to high pumping pressure is a no-no. Same for high traction exercises.

But if you have not doing length exercises for the past few years and only doing pumping, then all length exercises with a combination of contortion of the penile shaft is your best bet. Plenty of exercises using hands only or with tools like the Length Master.

Thank you for your comprehensive reply. I am currently at roughly 7.5 girth length give or take. I am thick by nature and now that I got back to pumping I would like to increase my girth to give it a sort of silicone look without the excessive swelling that some guys get. I do not like to lose the shape of my current penis.

That is my goal but what you say makes a lot of sense and before engaging in serious pumping I will introduce a break period of jelqs and contorting the penis shaft. I will look at the Length Master page. I Will come back to you for more tips when I engage in serious pumping. I assume this preleminary stage will take no more than eight weeks?

Correct. Turnover is as fast as 4 days, and as long as no-one-knows. On average, it's about 6 to 8 weeks.

When you get back into PE again, start fresh and start slow. Don't jump back into PE like what you've done before the breaking period. Ease back in for the period of 3 to 5 weeks. Easing in prevents shocks to the tissues, causing retraction.
