Progress thread 51 and still growing

Glad to see your progress thread mate, what are your goals and current training plan?
 
Thanks for starting a progress thread. This is the best way to get as much help as possible as brothers help each other in these progress threads. I’d like to know what you’re doing for workout or if you have nothing planned and you need us to help you just let us know.
 
I will be starting the newbie routine tonight and I can use any advise or help along the way, my goal is both length and girth thanks for your personal interest never got that before when it comes to my penis health.

That is a great routine to start with as it covers all of the foundational properties of angle and gain. I would do the entire routine as it is written unless you have a pump. If you have a pump I suggest you go with the 5×5×3 found in SRT. If not stick with the Newbie routine as written with 2 additions. 1. Expressive Stretching, 2. Erect Stretching. These two exercises will help you increase the rate of growth even more. Do you have any other questions please just ask.
 
Erect stretches are straight forward, get a full Erection then stretch/pull in various directions if you can,usually straight ahead or up, if you start to lose your erection simply just re-stimulate yourself and go from there. Erect stretching need not take more than 10 minutes every few days. Remember the only reason we’re doing the stretches is to close the gap between BPFL and BPEL.
 
I did get a red dot on the gland right side top.

Red spotting is almost impossible to avoid when under restriction so do not take too much worry in it if it goes away within 12 to 24 hours.
 
Totally expected and as you push more you may see more of them, not to worry glad your still on the program

I have added a stretch, I saw were in a video one of our brother's grabbed his sack pulled it up and pulled down his shaft. I realized my sack is tight small I have not much hanging. So as a newbie I am adding this to my routine, because when I grab my ball sack it pulls the skin down it is a much different feeling and I would like to have a hanging sack rather than a a tight sack. I will update measurements tomorrow.Thanks

This is called a Testicle health massage and stretch and can be found in the Newbie Routine. This is an exercise that I’m very proud of and I love when people use it because it is very effective.
 
Well my sack is tighter than a fat girls sock on prom night and I recognize this issue but it took a few times just to grab the sack and pull, I felt skin and ligaments pulling, moving and my balls hurt being jammed tight till I held the stretch, it is definitely a keeper. (No Pain No Gain)

You should put your starting measurements in the same post as your new measurements so people can see how much you have game without having to go back in your thread. Congratulations my brother, you’re living proof that PE works!

Super Excited I ordered Mityvac should be here Monday.
I bought a cheaper pump but too wide and the seal already split.

that is so awesome! When you get it make sure you check out the SRT 5×5×3 as this is the most powerful way to use it. I am so looking forward to your training and gaining.
 
Regular stretches continue I started to do longer Jelq's 7 to 10 sec starting 12/30 no pre measure but fuller up to 35 to 40 minutes w/other strokes without the day just to keep blood moving.
Now I am pumping w/cold water 3 x's at 15 to 20 minutes no swelling or water retention w/Jelq's after each session.
Will resume Monday Measurements 1/4/21

If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
