4 years on and off,

after 4 or 5 years on and off and gaining a half inch in girth and length, i am back planning to start back with my length master, and hanging weight again. looking to get to a 8x6, i started at 6.5 x 4.5
 
yeah I just got done using my length master, and doing some basic stretching
