I have bought products over the last 3 years from MOS.
The last 2 times I paid for overnight shipping, and never got my items.
First time, I emailed after 7-10 days, and was told, “sorry, the items haven’t was backordered,” and got a refund on my extra shipping I paid, then got my order maybe 2-3 weeks later.
NOWHERE on the website was it shown that the item was unavailable.
Now, the same thing has happened on my most recent order from 4 days ago.
I tried a live chat and left messages twice.
No response.
I sent emails, no response.
What the hell kind of way to run a business is this?!
My order number is PPC-334337
I expect a prompt refund of my $37.60 I paid for overnight shipping. And if the items haven’t shipped yet, or are backordered (thanks for NOT bothering to make that known on the website,) then refund my payment in full.
Matters of Size = Money Over Service
Not that the company cares, but you lost a customer.
