First thing first i'm really happy to finally be a member on matter of size!

I want 2 inches in length and half an inch in girth. I've been doing pe sporadically for a year already. My gains have only been sfl of around 1/2 inch and maybe 1/2-1 inch flaccid.

I started PE with a penimaster pro and using it for around 1-3hrs a couple days a week for the most for like 1 week straight, I could never get consistent. Only thing I got consistent with was using esl40 ads stretcher. I've been using that in periods for probably 2+2+2 months straight or something like that, all day nothing at night. No manual exercises only using extender with bad consistency and pumping. Actually I got my sfl gains from the penimaster not the esl40 so maybe the esl40 wearing has been useless hassle.

I thinking I want to gain another 1,5inches out of my extender and really giving it a chance. I think the following routine is realistic:

extender 3hrs on evening, manual exercises after extender, pumping session after manual exercises. Sleep in autoextender soft thick+ stealthcap and leg strap with very low tension (1lbs or so).

morning penis pumping

on the days might use phallosan ads, hoping it is not necessary bc of hassle and risk of mental burn out but I have a modified phallosan with autoextender stealth cap and using soft thick sleeve and just a velcro strap to attach to phallosan belt. This has the benefit of more stealth and comfort for me.

I would hope to get away with only wearing a lg hanger girth bands on the days for less risk of pe mental burn out and can piss without taking anything on/off and even pee in urinal without ads showing (not a necessary thing really).

But i will start with phallosan ads and see how things work when not using it in comparison after having gotten some gains again.

When I started pe a year ago I was 8" around that in bpel. I was less than 4" flaccid. Now I am 4-5 inches flaccid depending on coldness I hope to gain 2 inches in FL and EL. I will feel happy and stop using ads entirely at 1 inches gained and just do my morning pumping + night routine and sleep in autoextender at that point for a routine that is sustainable indefinately. But I am willing to go out of my way for this first important inch that has now eluded me for one year - probably my inconcistency is to blame.

But I have found one thing in PE that might be of use for others - low force ads (in my case esl40) does not give gains on its own even if you were it every waking hour for months, it just doesnt give any gains on its own.

You seem to be well up on knowledge with this, makes me think how primitive we were when we started back in 2003, like scratching our ass in a cave.

Welcome to the brotherhood and I’m glad you found us because we are the best! I think you should read through the SRT routine because I think what you’re talking about has a lot to do with healing and SRT is a routine that spends just as much time on gaining as it does I’m healing. Check it out let me know what you think and perhaps you can help add to it or perhaps it will help you with your plans on a routine. So happy to have you here in the brotherhood and I really look forward to your gains and involvement.
 
Thank you so much dld for writing in my thread, I have read as much as I could take in in srt theory but it's so much to grasp/learn so will need some more time. Already thinking I might really benefit from the lengthmaster! I actually tried some manual stretches today and it felt good but I can see how hand grip becomes an issue fast! Already wrote a lengthmaster up on my PE wishlist so lets see if I can get one this month :) :)
 
Take your time, SRT is very comprehensive and most will take a few reads to understand completely. It focuses on gaining and healing as being equal in their respective place in PE. There is an SRT Routine also.

The LengthMaster is a must have, hands can be very slippery and getting a good grip can be difficult for some. With The LengthMaster there is no slipping, you are secure and able to stretch with 2 hands!

Yes just wearing a silicone sleeve on my penis shaft as an anti turtle! However being uncut my skin tends to roll very easily over glans and have had limited success wearing this type of ads.

I’m cut but I know a lot of guys will tape back there for skin to avoid this problem. Perhaps that will help you. If not I would just go with the uncle Jim strap because there will be no rolling in that, it will hold you secure and it is vet cheap.

Thank you dld, I'll try this for the future. But I will use my ads according to the heal extended theory to gain my first inch! Really excited for the Lengthmaster, finally ordered it :D Huge-girth gives lots of motivation with his lengthmaster gains :)
 
In anticipation for my lengthmaster arrival Im using my extender today 1,5 hour. Extending is very effective for slight ED which I have, I got rock hard solid 8" erection after using it, so happy because it's been a good while since I got a natural hard erection. Stretching is the way to go for me now!

Awesome that you’re preparing for the best shipment ever! I highly recommend you start looking at different ways to wrap your penis as wrapping is the most important part, for comfort, with the Lengthmaster.
 
Ok so I've been starting some btc manual stretches and the dld recommended bundled 2,5min to the right and 2,5min to the left. Then I extend 1,5-2hr and wear ads during the days. Looking at guys like Huge-girth I'm confident I can and will gain as long as I can keep consistent. I think 1 morning routine 1 night routine and sleeping in ANS will be about as much as I can handle without getting pe mental burn out which has happened so many times for me.

If I can avoid mental burn out and keep doing pe every day I know and have faith the gains will come.

So my length routine will be 3X20min stretch in the lengthmaster and 30mins extender in the morning 1,5hr will be the most I can spend in the morning with active PE.

Wear ADS all day.

3x20min lengthmaster in the evening. 1,5hour extender,

Sleep in ANS.

this will be the routine until I have gained 1 inch SFL.

After that my routine will scale down to avoid mental burn out to this:

3x20min stretch in lengthmaster in the morning, 30mins pumping for length.

All day C ring

1,5hr extender in evening, 30 mins pumping for length, sleep in ANS.
 
This is a really good routine for a few reasons. First of all you have created a routine that is doable in one based in reality. You’re taking a very pragmatic approach and I think you’re going to fare very well. The way you have the exercises set up is perfect according to the standards of SRT as you are keeping yourself in an elongated position throughout the whole day and night. In SRT this is called healing and it’s important to heal in a extended state to help solidify in cement lengths gains. Be sure to get Kegels in throughout the day. You can do them while you’re working just every hour or so do a quick 100 squeezes. And thank you for taking my advice on bundles as this is so important to breaking down the Tunica and allowing the penis to take on much greater size.

Kegels are easy to forget because it is not a visual gain so many people just skip it. That is not a good idea as your ability to hold blood in your penis depends greatly on the strength of your pelvic floor muscles. With strong pelvic floor muscles you’re able to hold a very hard erection. But if you gain sizes and do not do Kegels you’re going to end up having weak erections. So get the Kegels in whenever you can throughout the day, while you’re driving, while you’re watching TV, while you’re doing whatever a Kegal can be done anytime and anywhere. Too many men skip the all important Kegel. Men need to understand that when you’re able to hold much more blood in your penis your penis becomes bigger because of that, so doing Kegels by themselves without doing anything else you’ll gain size from the strength of your pelvic floor muscles and their ability to hold more and more blood in the penis.

Ill start up with morning pumping and evening extending/ hanging again. 30 mins in the morning and 30 mins if I extend and 1hr if I hang in the evening. Keep it simple and hopefully get the last 0.3” I want.

So happy to see you back in the brotherhood and getting yourself back to work. I think it’s a good idea to start slowing he’s your way into more intensity as you go forward. What I would like to see the most is you be involved on the boards every day to keep yourself involved in your own routine. There’s no better way to gain them by hanging out with those who are gaining.
 
Wanted to make an update. Lots of stuff going on irl so had a 6 month brake from pe :( I did lose all my flaccid gains which is sad but the SFL have stayed so still happy with that. Started up 2 days ago with manual stretch and hanging, got a 9lb kettlebell that im using for SD hanging and over the leg hanging. Since Im struggling with consistency this time I will really dedicate all my effort into hanging every day and focusing on that daily consistence and Im sure the gains will come.

I promise I will update in another 6 months or so hopefully with a success story :)

It’s good to hear from you and hear how you’re doing. A big reason men stay consistent is because they come to the forum daily to make updates. When we do this he keeps us accountable to the other brothers and when we are accountable to them they will keep us motivated and on track. If possible come more often because that will inspire you and give you the tenacity necessary to remain consistent.
