First thing first i'm really happy to finally be a member on matter of size!
I want 2 inches in length and half an inch in girth. I've been doing pe sporadically for a year already. My gains have only been sfl of around 1/2 inch and maybe 1/2-1 inch flaccid.
I started PE with a penimaster pro and using it for around 1-3hrs a couple days a week for the most for like 1 week straight, I could never get consistent. Only thing I got consistent with was using esl40 ads stretcher. I've been using that in periods for probably 2+2+2 months straight or something like that, all day nothing at night. No manual exercises only using extender with bad consistency and pumping. Actually I got my sfl gains from the penimaster not the esl40 so maybe the esl40 wearing has been useless hassle.
I thinking I want to gain another 1,5inches out of my extender and really giving it a chance. I think the following routine is realistic:
extender 3hrs on evening, manual exercises after extender, pumping session after manual exercises. Sleep in autoextender soft thick+ stealthcap and leg strap with very low tension (1lbs or so).
morning penis pumping
on the days might use phallosan ads, hoping it is not necessary bc of hassle and risk of mental burn out but I have a modified phallosan with autoextender stealth cap and using soft thick sleeve and just a velcro strap to attach to phallosan belt. This has the benefit of more stealth and comfort for me.
I would hope to get away with only wearing a lg hanger girth bands on the days for less risk of pe mental burn out and can piss without taking anything on/off and even pee in urinal without ads showing (not a necessary thing really).
But i will start with phallosan ads and see how things work when not using it in comparison after having gotten some gains again.
When I started pe a year ago I was 8" around that in bpel. I was less than 4" flaccid. Now I am 4-5 inches flaccid depending on coldness I hope to gain 2 inches in FL and EL. I will feel happy and stop using ads entirely at 1 inches gained and just do my morning pumping + night routine and sleep in autoextender at that point for a routine that is sustainable indefinately. But I am willing to go out of my way for this first important inch that has now eluded me for one year - probably my inconcistency is to blame.
But I have found one thing in PE that might be of use for others - low force ads (in my case esl40) does not give gains on its own even if you were it every waking hour for months, it just doesnt give any gains on its own.
