semen retention

Has anyone here ever tried this? I read a book about it a few years ago. In another book, "Think and Grow RIch," by Napoleon Hill, he talks about it as well. Basically, semen retention for prolonged focus / productivity / success, and refocusing sexual energy into work or your business.
