Can you avoid penis head.blisters with stretchers??

Every time I've used a penis stretcher with a vacuum cup I take it off and my penis head is full of huge blister looking things for hours. Is there ways to 100% avoid this?

Penis weights and stretching same exact results lb for lb?

If someone used 3 pounds of tension with a traction device everyday OR stood there with a 3lb penis weight everyday would the results be the same?

Is this considered a jelqing device also?

I just started jelqing tonight with jar canners for now and eventually plan to buy an ez jelq. There is an Amazon product I want to know about if it's considered a jelq device or is it not enough power to be considered one? I will post the picture of it ther $22.99 I had one before gave it away...
