question about erect stretching

when you do erect stretches should you see a temperary length gain if you measure after the session or not ? because when i do flaccid stretches and measure i usually see about a quarter inch gain.?:(

Bathmate and Length?

Basically what the thread title says.... I can't afford both the Bathmate and Length Master and I like the idea of more girth so im leaning towards the Bathmate HOWEVER a little more Length would be nice even if the Bathmate can add as little as 0.3 Length or so that would be a garaunteed buy.....
