Sizegentics slipoff... pls guide

Hi.. this is the first time i am using sizegenetics device. I am not able to wear it for more than 2 mins. Problem is the penis is coming to resting phase ( soft & small) making the device and comfort pads to slip off. Any technique for this would be really helpful. Cheers
