Hey TuffDong, are you skilled at hanging? I hang a lot nowadays with the Lengthmaster and I heared from Big AL that 10+ hours per week is a good goal for gains. Now the weights, I use about 2,5 kg atm and can sit up towards 1 hour per set and several sets per day. So should I use heavier weights like in the Reverse Pyramid routine or am I doing good atm? Any way you can improve my hanging routine?
