Pick the ones that gave you the best temporary effects. This could be a longer and fuller hang, harder erection, increased girth, etc.
Build a routine that is personalized, and master the techniques.
The best thing to do is read up on various exercises and techniques. Start out simple, with basic stretching. As you condition, you can increase duration and intensity, as well as incorporate more exercises. You want to try a handful of exercises and note the temporary effects of each.
I turn 37 in May. My age hasn't slowed down my progress at all. I have been losing NBPEL due to weight increase. Keeping weight in check is getting more difficult as I get older.
Yessir, I am entering the PE device creation and sales arena. Formed my company, and will be branding this month. March will be when it goes public. I haven't been active with posting, and have mainly just been chatting on Reddit and Discord.
