Hello, my dear brothers

I have noticed lately that whenever I ejaculate, less and less semen is coming out, with a tightness feeling in the canals.

I have been doing the same routine. nothing out of the ordinary, I noticed for the last two weeks that I'm having this issue.

The routine is the same:

Heat before the workout ( using a small room heater)

Bundled stretches left and right to loosen the tissues.

Downward stretch 5 min
BTC 5 min

Silistretcher 8hrs, during sleep.


Any insight from you brothers? I appreciate your help.


(Seeing progress with the lentgh, even with a lack of consistency, now reaching 22.7 bpfsl)
 
try pygeum - known supplement for increasing semen volume. And take a break from PE - it's ok to rest - if there's some overuse issue here take some time off and see if it takes care of itself. REST is ok. NO DAMAGE.

  • Do you have any burning sensation during ejaculation?
  • What is the local temperature swing in your area, in relation to how much fluid and fluid type you've been intaking?
  • Stress lately? Compared to how much sleep you have?
  • Eating intake habit?
  • For the tightness, you mention the canals. Which canals? Anal? Urethra? Both? At which spot or spots?

Well, to a man, a reduced volume of semen is like a reduction in fertility outlook. It can be discouraging when your load is not dripping out of the lips. But it doesn't mean that the load is not fertile enough to impregnate her. I'm more concerned with the root reasons and causes than with the load volume.

No burning sensation or irritation feeling, temp is okay here, 17/19 C constantly.

Fluids habits are almost the same, not a big change.

Regarding the stress, I switched to a night shift and I think this is a huge clue

Eating got better actually,also gained some weight that I never had, a little bit around the belly so this could be a clue as well

Tightness is mainly felt at the bottom of the penile body, bottom being the frontal pelvic bone

this may or may not help, but it’s worth a try nonetheless.
try not ejaculating for a couple days at the very least aiming to not for about 14 days if you can.

it may be hard if you have a very active sex life but it may be helpful to see if the penis required some level of residual healing which a 14 day reset could potentially provide.
