Manual stretching question

When doing manual stretches, I have not been holding the base with my other hand. I just use one hand and stretch the penis in all different directions. I feel the stretch all the way to my pelvis and the ligs at the base.

Do I need to hold the base when stretching? I asked this because I see in some of the videos that people hold at the base. With their other hand.

if I do have to hold at the base. That seems a bit contradictory because I see people using the length master and also doing hanging. Which does not have any holding at the base.

Welcome to MOS. You don't need to hold the base. You grab the penis right beneath the glans stretch from there. However, there are some other exercises that might require you to grab the penis from the base and stretch.

Welcome to the community, brother. As huge-girth said, no need to hold the base. The reason for holding the base and pulling out with the rest of the penis shaft is to reduce the stress on the penis shaft itself, while adding a bit more stress on the ligaments and base muscles. But if you can stress both areas without the pain anywhere along the penile shaft, you are good to go.

Just to correct you on the length master, the length master can be strapped from the base of glans to the base of the penis. Depending on where the plates are strapped, different exercises can be used to stress different part of the penis. Most of the brothers that want to to pull that 1.5 to 2in if hidden length inside their body, they go crazy with strapping the length master near the base, easing the stresses along the penile shaft. The ligaments can take up to 60lbs of pull. Penile shaft can only handle around 25lbs max before major damages occur.

I think there's some confusion. I'm not saying, hold the base and stretch from there. I'm saying in the DVD video on newbie routine basic stretching you see one hand is pulling and the other one is holding near the base. I'm not sure why that's necessary.

When you're doing say hanging, or using the length master, you're not putting one hand at the base. So I'm just confused. Why having your hand at the base is necessary at all do I need to do that?

Got it. The DVD is a very old collection of initial routines. Things have changed quite a bit, in additional to what can be observed in the videos.

Yes, the original video has one hand supporting the base of the penis is for that reason: supporting. At times, the penis goes limp and not having enough blood. The supporting hand helps to slow the blood from leaving and create a good solid hold. The other reason is to hold the base for a supporting pull. When there's not enough pull at the base of the glans because our grip or arm pulling strength is not enough, that supporting hand comes in to help.

Hanging with the length master uses the plates to strap on specific areas to stretch where you want. If you strap the plates at the base of the glans, you are pulling the penile shaft. The supporting hand at the base of the penis is for either helping you to prevent the hanging weight from pulling too much, or the supporting hand can add extra pulling weight for the penile shaft.

Strapping the plates near the base of the penis forces the hanging weights to pull the ligaments and base muscles. If you use the supporting hand at the base, the only extra thing you will be doing is adding extra pulling tension on the plates because of the extra hand's weight, or the extra hand application of force on the plates.

Hope that helps.

Excellent reply, my brother, thank you so much
