Reasonable expectations?

So my question is what is an expected reasonable and healthy gain on a monthly basis. My goal is 1.5 inches gain in length. I expect girth to come along with it correct me if I'm wrong here. But it's a .1 inch growth a month something i can expect with this? I'm just wondering if my goal could be within a year and a half or not.
 
0.1in of growth is considered as optimal growth. So yes, if you can keep things consistent through all the months of journey, stick close with the routines and progressive perform your exercises using proper tools to maximize the traction loads, 1.5in in pure length is achievable.

But the moment your routines and discipline start to fluctuate, so will your gain. If you are a hard gained because you have prior PE in the past, but went too hard and developed hard tissues, your growth may be slower than usual.

Warm up
Apply essential oil mix i forget the thread I got it from added a couple of ones after research on my own
manual stretches just basics
Jelq
Silistretcher Hour on hour off for 4 hours
Reapply oil and kettle again in the off hours
Warm down
I do a vacuum session every other day
Rest 3 days a week

I lost my job last week so I've had more time to focus on it.
In the last week I've noticed girth gains more then anything
My final goal is i want it to reach my belly button And hours to squeeze to touch my fingers around it
Any pointers would be great
 
Since your lateral tissues yield far better than your longitudinal (tunica & septum), you may be benefiting what brother @JustGrow utilized. Read through his post and see where you are in his method. Pumping is not necessary, but what you're experiencing is expansion similar to his using a pump, but yours is jelqing expansion. Your tissues are more tender and easily influenced for expansion.

In one week I've already noticed am inch in flaccid, noticeable thickness and what looks to be my months goal. So hopefully it's a good sign to things to come
 
Very nice! Don't take the gains as a golden ticket to become overly zealous and push past your current limits. Going too hard and too soon, according to your PE stages, can bring about a sudden stop because of a hard plateau. Incremental progressive stages are the key, even if you see great results doing the intensity where you're at. Don't think that double and triple the intensity will yield double and triple the gains. Bad mental math.

Seeing growth at that speed is incredible, it reminds me of myself. Always keep an eye on intensity and consistency. SAlways keep an eye on intensity and consistency. So you can continue growing at a fast pace so you can continue growing at a fast pace

The minimum effort yields a fat, plumpy state.
This could be due to how much I ignored girth, and, after gaining 1,4in in lentgh, maybe its my body trying to catch up, but I noticed too.

The moment you start looking for an actual answer to the type of gains you can make each month, you are likely to give up on PE. I suggest you just focus on training daily and set a 1 year goal.

One thing I've noticed about setting a time frame for gains is that, when that time comes and you measure, you are likely to quit.

Now take this next part with a grain of salt as I did. I have seen where it's said that excellent results would be 30% growth overall. Now, I don't know and I hope that's not the hard line. Because I started out with 5 1/2" (14cm) BPEL which would result in 7.15" (18.2cm) for me.

Then again, and I hope this to be the case that I see where doing the routine that your unit responds to consistently can get you a half inch increase each month. I'm cautiously optimistic to get slow and consistent gains. All the best!

I've never owned silistretcher or phallosan but I've used traction devices for 2-4 hours a day weeks at a time, and me personally if suggest just doing 4 hours on excluding pee breaks, unless the reason is your penis needs the break from some pain or soreness.
