Jelqing + Pumping?

I started this today, adding 20 minutes water pumping a few hours after my 15-20 minute jelqing with jar canners I started yesterday. Is this safe to do jelq 20 minutes a day plus pumping 20 minutes a day and any tips of safe jelqing because they say a lot about damage from it but I find it works extremely good for gains length and also girth. Has anyone done both as a daily workout for this kind of time (15-20min+ each)?

As a starter, 15-20 minutes is an advisable approach until your tissues get stronger. I remember the jar canner method. That definitely takes me back. It's a great budget-friendly device for those who are circumcised, but not so much for those who are not. But I'll provide you some insights on this method. Out of 100 users, only 2 to 5 brothers will receive some kind of benefits from the traction load. Can rollers may provide deep tissue softening, but that requires massive hand-squeezing strength to do so. This is why I abandoned the rolling and went straight to bundling/contortion and low traction load pulling using the Length Master way back then. I still have my can roller by the way. It's sitting in the canning cabinet and not in my PE tool cabinet.

Jelqing 20 minute a day is standard. You can even go as far as 90 minutes a day to pair up with all your routine exercises. Jelqing is a great way to push for blood flow and terminus blood compression to increase your glans and girth sizes. And example is the 5x5x3 baseline routine @huge-girth pointed out. Every 5 minutes of pumping, we pair it up with 5 minutes of slow squash jelq. It's 1:1 ratio. For your can roller, every 5 minutes of rolling, pair it up with 5 minutes of jelqing as well. Just be careful though. The can rolling already causes low level abrasion. Jelqing, without lubricant, is another low to moderate level of abrasion. By the end of the 30 or 40 minutes, your penis may suffer quite a bit from irritation.

What a fucking monster
Can you guys give me some advice on what to keep an eye out for while jelqing? So many people say how dangerous it is I've been doing it like 6 days w rollers I just want to know what kind of feelings you get etc if there's serious signs you should stop or take a break. Tyvm for any answers

What is the approach for your jelqing? Fully erected? Partially erected? Flaccid? Downwards? Sideways? Upwards? Combo fo directions?
 
I just start non erect and usually get partly to almost fully erect after ten minutes

Jelqing at flaccid, you can go crazy. Nothing will happen, aside from mild skin abrasion. Think of dry humping.

When you're transitioning into semi erect and full-erect jelqing, pay attention to the tight feeling of overpressurizing internally. When you jelq with both hands and go full speed, the blood volume may not have enough time to leave before more blood is being pressurized into the penis. This causes the penis to overexpand, similar to being overpumped inside the penis pump. Blood spots or blood blisters can form. This happens when you trap the blood using one hand and use the other hand perform a full jelqing stroke.

A good erected jelq should be a 3 to 5 seconds full stroke from the base of the penis to the base of the glans. The angion method is to perform a 1 to 2 second full stroke while semi-erect at 80%. This creates forward fluid pressure into the glans, and that second when your hand resets from the base of the glans back to the base of the penis allow the penis to be free for that second, the blood will have enough time to cycle out before new blood cycles in. It mimics the natural vascular constriction to trap blood in the penis.

I better do them slower then mine are prob 1-1.5 seconds. I did get abrasion from the rollers I had before the padded one the actual jr canners like a sch if you pick it off sane type of thing prch of it so I'm taking a break until it is fully gone from by PE I assume 3-7 days hopefully Then never the actual jar canners again unless I paid them like the one I bought after, sold as jelq device w padded rollers

Those padded rollers are either made of silicone, soft rubber sleeves, or medical foam. You can grab them anywhere. For the rubber sleeves, they're nothing more than large and thick heat shrink tubes called traction roller sleeves. For the silicone sleeves, look for the inner diameter that matches the rollers, but 1mm smaller. They normally use as finger sleeves. Don't ask me why I know. They're women's thing.
