I saw on YouTube two different people say the results from jelqing are more permanent than penis pumping. Is this true? If I only have 20-25 minutes a day of time free which is better for length gains vs my 1.75in length pump or jelqing roller? The photos are the exact devices I have. I've only been doing the jelqing one 20 minutes a day I wanted to do 20 min pumping too but *most* days im not having enough time to do it, I could maybe once to a few times max a week if I tried. Am I making a mistake using this as my main length attempt workout or not, if so why,?

Depending on what you're doing. If you're using jelqing, you are actively pulling while forcing blood volume into your penis, causing a rise in internal pressure. This is both focusing on length and girth at the same time. Normally, jelqing is done under 75% to 90% erection.

Pumping, you're forcing the tissues to stretch under vacuum, and pulling fluid, not necessarily blood, into the penis. During pumping, it's highly recommended to be under 100% erection. Compared to the constant tugging and pulling (traction load) during jelqing, the negative pressure forces a "static" stretch length temporarily, while the jelqing causes "dynamic" stretching over time. Static stretching is not as highly favored by the body. This is why we constantly mentioned about the dynamic approach to cause minimal stress on the body while optimize the traction load to make the body adopts to the tissues under stress loads, without stressing out. If you're pumping without 100% erection, and constantly forcing more blood in using kegel, you're not benefiting or gaining anything significant.

So, the answer is, a yes, and a no. If you do it right, it's a yes. If you're doing it wrong, then it's a no.

I wrap a layer of protective and tactile material below the base of the glans, and use my arm and hand strength to hold, twist the penis, and pull in all directions. Rather than a can roller, I switch over to an even more budget friend boomstick segment of 24in. Make sure it's nice and smooth, or your penis will hate you for it. Use the broomstick as a fulcrum, where you can bend your penis over the broomstick and pull on it. This minimizes the amount of arm length you have to stress over to pull the penis. If your penis is 7in long, and try to pull down, you may not have enough arm length for it.

I do the jelqing and I start getting semi erect a few minutes into it I don't let it get fully Pumping gets me fully erect after a few minutes I see some girth I like from the jelqing it looks more like real gains vs the penis pumps have given me length at times I see it working standing or peeing not huge diff but the girth I see coming in I'm severely satisfied w for myself Pumping seems to give me length that is there for like 1-2 days if I stop that's how long they go away so my belief is the jelqing is more permanent gains like people on YouTube say that's why I just am deciding I think to say fuck making pumping a 'have to daily' but jelq, pump whenever I have the time/feel like it. Is this an ok idea in your opinion?

I love home penis enlargement DIY stuff people get gains from seeing you as the one posting it I assume you aren't just a new person trying it I will try this too same concept but maybe not broom maybe like PVC pipe or wood something I can find about as thick and foot or few long.
