Horrible experience with Arnold from SizeGenetics

So I recently ordered an ADS from them. I know in the past these products take a while to get devlievered so it was kind of out of site out of mind. I recently checked the status of the product and it said delivered. I reached out to them as told them that I have never received my order. Arnold(I dont know if he's the owner of what) very callously told me that it wasn't their problem and that the post office must have messed it up. He offered me no other recorse then to say "sorry" it must have been the post office. I checked the address and the order and everything else. I can't believe this level of customer service. Has anyone else had the displeasure of dealign with this Arnold guy. Be very careful when ordering from them - they do no make good on packages.

What is my recourse?
 
PE market is very competitive right now, especially when there's a massive flood of generic versions out there that sells at quarter cost of the real thing with proper reinforcement. Scams and negative dealings with buyers put sellers on edge as well.

The best thing to do is to clear the plate of animosity and establish cordiality. Since the postal office is selected by the seller, simply come to a compromise by having the seller/shipper get into contact with the postal office for a resolution for mishipment (typo on the delivery information) or misdelivery due to postal staff.

It's the shipper/seller that has the authority on the shipment information, and not the receiver. You are the end point, and you do not have the higher legal authority to deal with postal office. If the fault lies with the shipper and postal office, they have to be the one to come to an agreement to provide compensation to the buyer. Commonly, insurance is included in shipment for materials cost more than $50.

If we ever lose an order, we stop everything to find out where that order is. Customer service is so important.

Was about to make a thread and saw this so hope this is okay to just ask here. I recently made a very sizable order with matters of size store on Feb. 26th and the order posted on the Feb 27th saying on its way label created, then when checking progress the order said voided and canceled.

After I was freaking out trying desperately to contact someone after spending over $1,500+ Cad, then the shop app said the order was on it's way again so I thought okay I can relax a bit, but now is the day of delivery and the UPS tracking says they haven't received the package yet to deliver and that if the label was created and no progress has been seen in a few days to contact sender, to find out when the package will be handed over to UPS. I haven't been able to get through to anyone on the shop side or emailing sales@mattersofsize.com maybe I don't have the right contact information for your customer service, but still If you may please help me with insight into my order it will be greatly appreciated. If it's okay to message you directly that would be cool, and I could provide you the Order number, thank you again for you time and appreciate everything you do for all of us.
 
Everything OK with UPS over there? I ordered some auto parts in Illinois (not from MoS) with FedEx 2-Day indicated over there for shipment, and it's close to 14 days now. Not sure what's going on with couriers in those neck of the cities.

I Greatly appreciate it, funny enough a couple hours after I posted here I got a reply from the sales team through email and they updated me and thankfully even packaged all my the items in a single package, and let me know that now the UPS is showing updated info. So it is in transit now and arriving tomorrow, beauty of UPS Express I guess. Really appreciate everything and even offering to help out, definitely not anxious anymore and really happy with the customer support.

I think I just bought almost every item in your shop lol, trying to get serious about P.E again. A long time ago my brother bought a matters of size dvd and it helped him gain 3 inches, but he lost 1 inch after stopping being consistent and having kids. I tried the exercises and gained a couple inches too but I wasn't consistent do to life at the time and kept some gains, but now I lost a bit from a fat pad increased in size when I gained some weight. So tying to get in shaped again and get serious and do more than just the exercises by hand I did before. So really excited for the length master and the traction devices and even the sili sleeves for healing in elongated position. I already have bathmate and red light so ready for some serious transformations lol. Really appreciate all you do for us and how much you helped all kinds of guys in varying positions and walks of life. God bless you DLD you are appreciated! 🍻

Before you have all your tools, create a personal routine and progress page for yourself and start listing out the exercises to keep track of things. We'll follow along side you so we can provide you specific exercises that best fit for your needs.
