Need girth routine ASAP

Hello

I strated in jan 2021 went from 5.5x4.6 to 7.2x5.5 (5.3 girth cemented)
I start doing clamping for 2month from jan 2025 to mar, averge 5 hrs daily (yes 5 hrs daily lol i am desprate to gain girth) but i got pelvic floor dysfunction/ piriformis syndrome, i stopped doing PE for few months now i want to back after i cured myself,
Need routine for girth only without pumping, i want to try jelqing i am ok to do jelqing 5 hrs if needed
Most of my PE journy is injury got more than 9 different injureis all the gains got it from around active 2 years maybe
 
9 injuries. Reckon you won’t quit till you end up with no junk like me. I’d give anything for one chance to never hear of this idiocracy,let alone 9.
 
no pumping no clamping, the old timers use jelqing only withh minimum 500 reps alright 😑
I remember those days and how hard it was to make growth without equipment. But we did it, we came up with exercises that bring growth.

Okay, I'm interested in your method to recover on the pelvic floor dysfunction stemming from clamping. If you like to share, we can use this knowledge and many others for brothers that suffer the same faith doing the extremes.

As the two brothers mentioned, jelq like a madman. Angio-genesis is one way to increase blood flow into the penis while the chambers naturally expands. Otherwise, use the 5x5x3 routine as a baseline, and we'll tailor the baseline to specific needs for girth expansions. For example, 5 minutes in SSJ, then 3 minutes pumping at low to moderate pressures, apply heat, then 10 minutes SSJ, follows by 5 minutes pumping at moderate and high pressures while bouncing between the pressure zone. You can add in multiple sets of 5 minutes for SSJ, with 3 minutes of low and moderate pressure zone.

This is a suggestion, but should be tailored according to your needs as you progress. Do not jump to the extreme state and pump only like a maniac. This is a danger zone.

well, there's many types of dysfunction i got piriformis syndrome its kinda related to pelvic floor, got pain in buttock down to thigh, aciatic nerve was on fire my foot tingling, weakness in the right side if the buttock and hip, my myscle became weak

Now what i did is just applied exercises found it in youtube to try cure the syndrome, also i did alot of kettlebell to build core for pelvic floor
I spent around 30 min daily for few months, i still suffer little bit but overall i am good and better

Also did 100 erect bend, 100 isolated compression squeez, 100 dual dry jelqs, and last 100 jelqing "no idea of the name, i put hand in base to trap the blood then do reverse ok grip and move from bottom through the shaft below the glans"

Sounds like you're doing a Horse Jelq or Power Jelq, where you squeeze as much blood towards the glans as possible. Just ease into it. Don't go crazy just yet.

Similar pelvic floor inflammation, sciatic flare-ups, one side of body tingling and nerve firing, but minus the single side glans's numbing and chilling. A brother provides a clue to a possible remedy, with 90% of symptoms with resulting remedy using piriformis syndrome exercises. They are simple exercises to consider over medication and injections. Kettlebell squats are something I'm using in place of workout stations to strengthen my weakened half of the body, using a 15lbs and 35lbs kettlebells. A 10lbs for my injured upper body, since I can't even lift a baby to save my life.

I’ve done,and continue to do every stretch known to man. The only solution is to constrict my junk in briefs and pretend I don’t have it . Cause mostly I don’t. Nothing has or will ever get much better unless somehow the damage I somehow got heals, which is highly doubtful at this point. Still can’t feel any kegel response or much feeling at all whatsoever normally unless I’m aroused. Ridiculously small and looks like a miniature wet sandwich when I get it out to piss most days. Still very off color and red/discolored. Burning. Can’t even remember what I’m supposed to feel like. And just had sex 3 days ago somehow. Pathetic life

What are dual dry jelqs, my man. And are isolated compression squeezes like a ULI? Where you do an OK grip at the base and squeeze and hold just below the glans?

Yes, you grip at the top. And at the base and then squeeze them together. This is done dry
