Thank you. Also, want a bit of advice/encouragement. I've been doing PE very on and off for the past few months. I want to increase my size but I dont feel as motivated. Like I said before, I want to do PE for the next 6 years, get to 7.5-8 and 5.5-6 (Length and Girth) permanently and be done with it. Only got another 3 years living with family before I have enough to get my own place. Till then, I need to dedicate to manuals first and at least get 1.5 in increase in length by that time. Are there any alternate manual exercises that are easier (even if itll take a bit longer to reach gains)?
