There is going to be little gains every month but how much is what I cannot tell. We all gain differently.

Yes. temporary gains. Cementing will take another 3 months.

i'd rather recommend you find your own gaining
pace, mine is 0,5 cm every 5 weeks or so.
But like i did with lentgh, you can have and expect a regular periodic increase
