I'm writing this to share with you guys how to wear your cock ring for 3 hours or more. The longer you keep your temporary expansion, the quicker you will gain.

Once you are done with your pumping routine, put on your cock ring. Some people can wear their cock ring for 1 hour nonstop without pain, while there are others who feel discomforts and for this reason, they take off the cock ring after 30 minutes.

All you need to do is, massage the penis and do about 5 minutes of SSJ (Slow Squash Jelq). After that, put on the cock ring again for another 1 hour or 30 minutes. Once it's time, take it off again and massage and do 5 minutes of SSJ.

Repeat the process until you complete 3 hours of wearing cock ring. It works for everyone.

It's not really recommended but it's also not dangerous at all. It's 100 times safer and better than clamping.

Wear your cock ring for 1 hour after your pumping session, you will gain 0.5 inches in 6 months.

It's the 5 × 5 × 5. Because that's what most men can handle. But some men can handle much more. So that's the reason why I suggested what I suggested.

Ok last 2 questions
It's the 5 x 5 x 5 that brought you your gains, right? For example, 5 x 5 x 5 will be better than 10 x 10 x 3 ? I am just asking your knowledge. Thats all. I just want to make sure.
Also, about the cockring., .... after 1 hour I saw my penis purple and got afraid! That's why I am so curious on this. Putting it like @huge-girth said for 3 hours, and massaging ssj each 1 hour is okay I guess.

The 5x5x3 Can be adjusted upward or down Based on your ability period if you can do a 10 / 10 / 3. That's incredible. But most men can't do that. So I stick with the five times five times five

Use the duro ring from the MOS shop. After my pumping session, I get myself erect and put on the cock ring. I massage the penis every 5 minutes to promote bloodflow.
