I'd like to know what this white spot on the head of my penis that looks like a pimple is.
It doesn't hurt, I barely feel it, to be honest... it's more visual. It's slightly hard when squeezed, and it really does look like a pimple, but it's been around for about two months.
At first I thought, "Well, it's a little unusual to appear in that spot, but it's just a pimple, it'll go away soon." But the weeks passed and it's still there.
It's not possible it's an STD because I've never had sex.
Could it be a piece of fibrous tissue? At the time it appeared, I wore ADS for hours throughout the day, always removing it every hour to improve blood circulation, but my theory is that at some point, the circulation wasn't sufficient. Sometimes the tab of the ADS device would slip out and crush the area a bit, but I quickly removed it and put it back on correctly.
My workout when this started was basic: manual stretching with bundled stretches and BTC, followed by using ADS throughout the day and at night 5x5x3.
When it first appeared, I didn't pay much attention, because as I said, it doesn't hurt, and I barely noticed it, thinking it was a pimple. Yesterday, I stopped to calculate when it had appeared and became concerned.
Due to changes in my routine, I haven't been using ADS for about three weeks, and it still hasn't gone away. I also moisturize with coconut oil.
Is it permanent? Or can it fade over time?
Thank you in advance.
