What’s up Men!

Starting my Journey again. I’m already a month in and seeing some big changes already.

I’ll be tracking here once a week. So feel free to chat or join or give tips & tricks on the way!

My Current routine is all done at once:

Hot Wrap 5mins
- Length Master Newbie stretches 30sec each
- 15Mins Mityvac or 10pumpx5ssjx5pumpx5ssj

I’ve been doing this the last 30days!
(Any advice is welcomed from experienced vets🫡)

My Goal: 8.5BPEL 6+Girth
Starting Stats: 7.8BPEL 5.25Girth

( 1month in I’ve gained .3 growth in length definitely in girth also)

Have been on & off PE for a while.
Started at 7BPEL in 2021

NOW is the time! Besides momentum I have my wife to motivate me 😉

You started out real well staying on with the newbie routines for the past 30 days. Time to kick up the routines with the newbie routines to warm up, and push with the SRT exercises by selecting 5 for 2 to 3 weeks, and switch to a different 5 every 2 to 3 weeks. This prevent the body from adapting to your routines. Since you have the Length Master, one of the routine is behind the cheeks (BTC). Watch brother squirt_inducer_man's video on the BTC 5D (or 5 minutes dynamic tension pull). That 5 minutes to 10 minutes, with rotation of the penis fully to the left and to the right during the pull) will hyper stretch your penis. Use the remaining 4 exercises to balance out the exercises, be pulling straight down, straight out, rotary cranks, left-right pull, straight up, or combination of unique stretches. Plenty of fun to have.

Hahahaha..it's the 🍆. It's becoming more and more standard now. My wife hinted the sausage needs to be more like the 🍆 to get her quaking again as well. Surely enough, she quakes now.

What a legend! I’m going to follow this to a tee for the next 30days. I know you said 2-3 weeks but I’ll stick to it for this long. When you say - “turn all the way left & Right” do you mean bundled stretches? Twist the shaft all the way?

Actually I think I get what you mean! I watched the vid. BTC so 5-10mins straight, left & right full pull at 3mins(I’ll gauge how intense I can go)
Then into 4 other stretches, for now I’ll stick to up,down,left,right,out front.

How long shall I hold each of them? 1min or 5mins each? Or 1minx3sets each

Yes. That is indeed the bundled or bundling stretches. Twist the shaft as far as it can, make a notation of the rotational degrees/turns to get there, and apply the same twisting degrees/turns for the other side. No need to twist the penis to the point of pain. Just enough to allow the penile shaft have sufficient tortional pressure to break the collagen bonds and tissues equally.

Try for 5 minutes per rep, 2 minutes twist to one side, 2 minutes twist to the other side, and relax back to no twist for 1 minute.

I will do
3Reps of 5min - BTC bundle each side 2mins straight back 1min

2sets of bundled - Down, Up, Left, Right 1min each.

Mityvac- 15min pump Max or 5-5-5-5-5-5 SSJ

How does this sound for the next 30days?

Intuitive rest per week. Maybe 1day off maybe none.

Sounds like a game plan. When doing the BTC 5D bundled stretch, make sure to start light on the pull for the first rep, follows by the moderate pull to where you can feel that stretch deep at the base of the penis without the pain, relax just a bit for 15 to 20 seconds, and pull again to that level. For the 3rd rep, pull a bit harder, just a hair below the pain, where you can still feel that achy pull.

Adjust the BTC 5D pull angle when you need to in order to obtain that optimal achy feeling pull. If that's confusing, let us know.

Hey Guys, I had a lot of pain just behind my glands as I was pulling. From pressure or the uncomfortable feeling of the wrap, is there a wrap to create a bit of comfort while using the length master? I cant handle the pain

Ease back a bit. You're pulling too hard and your the rim of the glans is not conditioned fully yet. Rest a day, and resume again, but don't exceed that pain the glans is producing.

I suggests you add an extra wrap of Ace with it going over the head just a bit, maybe 1/4 to 1/2 inches. Be sure you have a tube of hydrocortisone and apply that daily to ward off the condition.

Done a good stretch session & pump session last night - totalling about 1hr BTC 2x 5mins up down sides 2x1mins( the wrap over glands helped a lot!)

Pumping 10mins 3/4 max. 5mins FULL Pump!

Is there anything more I should be doing?

Also, where can I get clamps for permanent Girth gains? And how long should i clamp for after pump session?

Can I do length work/ pump 15mins then clamp 30mins x 2 sets? Or too much?

You want to have either length for the entire routine, girth for the entire routine, or both at the same time. But the consistency is daily for 2 to 3 days on, then 1 day off. Don't skip around where the girth is only 1 day out of 3 unless you are cementing at the end.

Awesome, yeah I’m pumping daily. I’ve actually been going 7+ days of both lately.

Question: Clamps - where can I find?
 
Some Update pics - pump in about 15-20mins into pump session.
I’m 3/4 pumping for 10mins then pumping at max pressure for the next 5-10mins is this ok?

First 5 minutes, start light to moderate pressure based on where you are in the journey from prior conditioning. Next 10 minutes is moderate to high, being dynamic with the pressure and never stay at the high pressure for the entire 10 minutes. 5 minutes at the end stay and moderate pressure in a dynamic fashion to prevent edemas.

Always add SSJ into the pumping routine.

Home depot, you can get clamps very cheap. You can also get them on amazon if you want them delivered to your house.

The only improvement I see that I can recommend is to use the slow Squash jelqs between pumping sets. This will help with healing and gaining greater expansion.

Just estimate the 5 minutes of a full blood volume from an erection to around 60% of the total volume. You don't have to be fully erected for the entire 5 minutes. Just enough to get the 100% blood volume in for the restrictive period in the next 40 go 60 minutes.

Can you actually break this down? 5mins of 100% full engorged? Then the next 40-60mins around 60% erect?

Definitely. Let's use 60 minutes as a the normal time after pumping regiment.

First 5 minutes, get a full erection to get full engorgement. Let's use the "full engorgement" phrase as 100% erection blood volume. Once you get the 100% erection blood volume, you can relax your erection to flaccid state. In that flaccid state, the full blood volume from the erection remains, which is full engorgement. After 5 minutes or so, the restrictive cock ring or device will slowly release the blood down to around 60% of the fully engorged blood volume. This is an indicator of the device having around 90% blood restriction, not constriction. Never have blood stay in the penis without any kind of release for more than 5 minutes. Some push it to 10 minutes. Any time passing the 5 minutes mark, there is a higher chance of blood clotting.

Once the 5 minutes over, refresh the blood with another full engorgement. If you like to program your brain and body to exercise the erectile state on command/demand, you can do light kegel exercises with mental stimulation to invoke erection to push more blood into the penis.

Continue the process of 5-minute cycle for 60 minutes total. For me, I'll try to keep my erection on and off every 3 minutes as my way of training my mental state and also to build up larger reservoir of nitric oxide. But to do this, you also have to preload yourself enough resources, like L-citrulline. It doesn't take much to help your body to keep strong and healthy erection through daily regiments.
