Switch between girth and length?

I've been doing the SSJ+pump 30 min routine and seen some girth results. I've been meaning to add the length master but I only have time for one. Has anyone alternated days between girth and length and seen any results?

Don't waste your time alternating days. You won't have the drive to keep up with it. Just focus on doing one at a time until you arrive at your goal before switching focus to the other.

@huge-girth points out the weakness of alternating days of routines. Not a good thing to go into. It's either length, girth, or both with offset of hours.

Example:
Focus on only length.
Focus on only girth.

Or a combination of 70% length with 30% girth, or 70% girth with 30% length to ensure a balance where loss of either length or girth does not occur. This is a continual routine process for at least 6 months. Throughout the year, we see seesaw effects between length and girth occurring, and combination work slows down or eliminate the seesaw effects. It's not for everyone.

I trained 7 days on and no off. I would say I would go 60/40 length over girth. I also wrapped any time i training. This worked best for me. what was most important was consistency in the exercises I was using. To make it a habit I would go at the same time everyday, I started at 6am and finish 2pm. oh, I also used SRT as my main routine.
