I've been meaning to get into this for a long time. I've lost 20 pounds in the last couple of months and getting back into shape again. I've built up my home gym and I'm working out 6 days a week. 2025 is going to be the year of change for me.

Hey guys. Yep, it’s me again. So, I came here after wandering through The Biohacker… which turned out to be a flaming dumpster of a website trying to sell overpriced nonsense to desperate people like me. I know this because I bought their male enhancement book, and not only do none of the video links work, but the whole thing looks like it was slapped together by a bored third grader during recess.

Anyway, I’m just trying to get some real advice on where to actually start with exercises and not waste any more time or brain cells. Would really appreciate some good direction. Thanks a ton.

Also, I saw you’re a fellow Christian, @DLD . That’s really encouraging to me. I’m just trying to become the best version of myself for my future (hopefully not-so-hypothetical) wife.

As for where I’m at right now, I’ve been running six days a week. I push hard three days, then take it easier the other three when I run with my dog to help him get back in shape too. We’re both hanging in there. 😅
 
Welcome back for the bright of the PE world, brother. The knowledge of PE has been out in the world for too long. The based info is relevant, but the methods of approaches must be customized for case by case basis. There are universal approaches, and everyone is uniquely built. Once we know where you are among the approaches, we can help you to customize that path for your growths. DLD will spearhead the charge for hour routines. We'll evaluate the rest and provide info as needed.

Tools: what do you have on hands?

Fitness: looks like you are on good terms.

Health: any issues? Any medication?

Emotional and psychological: we can detect a bit of a hint in desperation as you mention. My sharing if you are willing?

Objective: where you are now and where you want to be? This add the dimension to the evaluation and define the approaches.

What really drove me is knowing how big I wanted to be so I made a model of the size I wanted. I made it using a paper towel roll that was about 11 inches. Every day I would concentrate on the model which gave me so much confidence until the day I passed it. I suggest this for every brother.
