I see what's going on now. I'll provide clarity on this matter.
When you're switching from the normal ULI, which is the entire penile shaft expansion through positive pressure (internal blood ballooning), you're not pressurizing any area along the way from the base to the tip of the glans.
However, when you're switching to the
SSJ, there is a cut-off point, like a dam, at the base of the penis. So, in reality, there are two cut-off points, one at the base of the penis and one at the base of the glans. When you're not used to the compression at the base of the glans, that can cause a bit of discomfort as your brain is receiving a choke signal, or compression signal, where there shouldn't be since you've been using the ULI for a while. The body is detecting an anomaly. Think of it as a warning signal.
You indicated a few days now. Just allow the penis to rest, but, you don't have to stop. You can continue to perform a gentle C-jelq or regular slow jelq without high pressure. Think of masterburation speed (slow and steady) without expressing in a high pressure of your normal ULI.
ULI and
SSJ have two different components. ULI can be at 80% and when you max out the blood volume through kegel, you can reach 105%. But with
SSJ, even if you start out at 70%, as you trap the blood between the base and the base of the glans, the pressures at two points can bring the total internal pressure past 115%. The harder you choke the base of the glans, the higher the compression you're causing on your dorsal nerves and the blood vessels. Normally, we warn for newbies to ease in and not go full tilt with compression. Ease with the
SSJ to understand things first, combine with the pump to reexpand the tissues, and so on and so forth. You may have initiated too high of compression from grabbing at the base of the glans.
Yep, you're increase the intensity past +8inHg. Normal erection is only around + 4 to +4.5inHg. You went nearly double, and on top of that, your compression using a reverse OK grip probably went way over the nerve capacity to handle. What you're feeling now may be a remnant of the urethral compression on top of the nerve compression. As I indicated earlier, just gentle C-jelq back and forth from the base of the penis to the base of the glans and back. This is will restore the elasticity of the tissues back to normal again and provide decompression on the tissues and the urethral pathway.
