Always measure your penis at 100% erected for any pump type order. Cylinder should always be based on the erected size. If you're chasing after length using pump, measure the erect size, add 20% to the needed space for girth expansion to get the blood in, and go at least 3 inches of your existing length. Why 3 inches? Because your penis will lengthen at least 1.2 inches under pressure.

If you're looking to use the pump for girth, which it should be used for, measure based on the current erected girth size, and you can go one step up at a time to create a uniform penis during pumping. For example, if your girth is 5 inches all around, go up to 5.5 inches first. When you fill it up, go to 6 inches. Don't go from 5 inches all around and go straight to 6.5 inches. If you do this, you may have a misshapen penis that looks like a bat.
