Got it. I was confused on the last post there. So, what I see you're constantly doing is kegels. Kegels are great to engage pelvic floor muscles, but that's to provide intense pressure during ejaculation. Ever heard of a 15 feet tall semen shot? I witnessed a few events that smacked the semen globs at the top of the ceiling. Freakish to say the least.
What you want to pump your blood pressure. Kegel only provides 30% of the blood pressure into your penis. The remaining is the 60% from your heart, through your blood vessels, and constrict at the penile sphincters below the base of the penis. Remember, you have a very thick penile tunica, and worst yet, your blood chambers are like fire fighting hoses and not the normal garden hoses. It takes a tremendous amount of internal pressure to cover come that crazy thick tunica tissues.
Exercises to consider:
Angio-expansion through the so called angion program. Yes, it's a strange program, but it does have validation. By C-jelqing down fast with as much erection as you can do and then back, the blood vessels expand, repair, and increase in size just like your penis chambers. The larger the blood vessels, the more blood volume can overcome the thick tunica tissues to perform internal expansion. Faster blood volume means greater internal expansion in less time.
Secondary is the strength of your penile sphincters exist all over the penis near the base. You have venous sphincters, or micro valves, which you always have to watch for venous leakage, and you arterial blood pressure to balloon up your internal blood chambers. You have to watch out for venous leakage, which is the biggest culprit for loss of pressure. If you know you don't have it, the secondary game is to train your body to maintain simulation at all time. When we were young, just a breath from the ladies at our neck or seeing their nipples through their clothing would trigger our penis at full staff. As we get old, that stimulation level drops because our hormones are not as readily generated and available in our old age as when we were younger. Fresh fruits, vegetables, and even meats can be quite expensive, but if you want to invest into PE, that's the price to pay beside pharmaceutical routes. It tends to be cheaper, more concentrated, but we always worry about the body adapting to the constant level of nitric boosting agents in the pills.
