Hello, I have been registered here for some time. I am from Germany and from a German-speaking area where PE is also performed. I started PE for a while years ago, but then stopped again. Now I have reached a point where I really want to change something. I want to start PE again and I don't really know how to start. I am extremely unhappy with the thickness of my penis and my glans is not big either. I am also considering having my penis enlarged surgically. But that is just one option and I will try PE. What is the best way to start?

Welcome back brother. I noticed quite a bit of brothers in the Euro areas are doing PE more intensily than the rest of the world. Something must be going on over there.

Now, let's focus on your glans and the penile shaft. Since you indicated part of the penile shaft is not to you liking, I can say the top half of your penile shaft to the tip of your glans is the main focus of your PE. Surgery is something you want to stay far away from. Once a nerve branch is accidentally snipped or frayed, or even a blood vessel damaged, it's very hard to regain back what you lost.

As borther @SLO indicated, the MityVac or something robust like it should be used. For a pump, warm water system with a gauge and safety system built in is the key to go. Warm water helps to expand the tissues more effectively, and the water helps to equalize the pressure more stably than just air.

To ensure both the base of the penis to the tip of the glans becomes uniform, grab a cylinder size that matches your base first. This allows the pressure to inflate/expand the rest of the penis equally. Then get one more cylinder that is 0.5 to 1.5cm larger than your current erected penis base size. You want to progressive expand and not overly expand, causing the entire penis to inflate unequally.

However, 5x5x3 is the base routine you want to start with. Modify the routine as you see your new growth and girth. Don't depend so much on the pump that you're losing the benefit of using the positive pressure expansion through the Slow Squash Jelq (SSQ), which also expands your glans into a mushroom that is larger than your shaft.

Hello brother and thank you for the quick reply. We actually have many members in German-speaking countries who are actually successful with PE. However, the knowledge is not as great as here. No. You can start now using just your hands through manual works. Why wait for the tools to come first?

However, do be mindful of how much force you plan on using during the conditioning period. You Already have your PE journey for a few years, but how much of the years you've been consistent with the PE routine?

You can recondition your penis with any of the SRT newbie routines, or you can dive right into it and use moderate pressures and traction force that is best fit your penile conditions. If you can use the Slow Squash Jelq (SSJ) to get your penis into the right conditions before the tools arrive.

Just make sure you don't make a mistake like most overly enthusiastic PE brother out there where they use too much pressures and too much force. If you need us to describe the amount of pressure and pulling force, let us know. We'll describe it to you in details before you start.

However, I stopped doing it because I had surgery on my penis. The frenulum was removed and I couldn't do PE. Unfortunately, I don't fully understand how the SRT routine works. It tells me that I need the equipment for it. Since I have to translate the texts here into German, I don't understand the exercises. Are there programs that are done manually? I still have my old Phallosan, which still works great. However, my focus was more on the girth and enlargement of the glans. But I want to train both. I would be perfectly happy with 2cm in length and width.

So, was the surgery focused on removing the frenulum only or was it for something more than just the frenulum? If it's for only the frenulum, you just scored yourself some great benefits for PE. We'll get into that more when you restart your PE journey. If your surgery was for something more than just frenulum, we have to approach this with extreme caution due to the internal scarring.

Let's stop here and allow us to expand on the SRT routies. Originally, the SRT was designed for manual work using only our hands, but we were trying to find ways to maximize the gains by experimenting on tools back in the early 2000s. Around 1994 to 2004, not a whole lot of penis enhancement tools were avaiable. We used everything in our houses, from the hardware stores, to makeshift toys and tools to grow our penis. Now, because of the SRT and various other tested approaches, the tools have been developed for better workout in taking advantage of the developed routines and exercises. So the SRT was developed for manual workouts but tools can be used to maximize the gains further. It's like running a marathon by feet, and compare it to running the marathon using a bicyle, a moped, or even a car.

Yes, all the SRT exercises are done manually. If you look at the videos in the Resources and Program, they were done manually. When you need help in coming up with manual routines, we can help you with that too. You can use manually only, or you can use it with tools. We'll keep the langauge as simple as possible to prevent mistranslation.

With PhalloSan, we can help with both. Manual girth routines is less effective than the pump, but it does require you to do manual work as well on top of using the pump.

Thank you for your help. I will look into the SRT routine and ask my question there. It was more than just the frenulum. When I pull back the foreskin there is an internal scar.
