Hey everyone, Ive known about this place for a long time but this will be the first time I actually get committed to it. Ive experimented a bit, but any gains I ever made are gone by now it seems. For a long time I had decided that it was just too much time to spend with my dick in my hand. I have completely given up on masturbation, a process that took me many years to work out of my system. ( I do edge when doing girth) Over the last four years, thanks to the power of the internet (tiktok and A.I.) I have made phenomenal changes to my physique and I believe I am also improving my longevity. I started to have a dream, that I will have a woman or multiple women perform my P.E. for me, perhaps even record/stream the process and advertise enlargement products, (can i become a rep someday? ) but while my skill with women has vastly improved, and I know that I could get them to do it, unfortunately Ive realized that the PE process is so damn complicated, and requires a lot of feedback from your own body, It would be dangerous to have the wrong person tugging hard on your piece, it would require a lot of patience and teamwork to accomplish.


So I want to ask all of your help to develop my own routine, in a way that has my dick in my hand the least amount of time possible, and start to find safe ways to include women in my routine. i will reciprocate with my own advice on how to gain muscle, lose fat, or be successful with women.

Right now, I cannot justify the cost of any of the (very nice) products offered here, I will be keeping my purchases from aliexpress, and amazon or wherever I can find it cheap, (diy is a little too time consuming for me as well)

So far I purchased a sizedoctor, (vac pump extender) which I could not use. my size fluctuates massively, with it going from anywhere of 2.5 inch flaccid, to 6.25 erect, although i think I have been over 7 before back when I masturbated 6-7 times a day in my late teens. The number 4 with a 1" opening seems right, but doesnt last for long, after shrinkage it pops out, and I have tried all the way down to the smallest size which is 1/2" opening and even there I am able to pop out sometimes.

More often, if I am using the smallest size, my head gets very big, and the opening feels very uncomfortably tight, cutting off circulation, and causing pain even with a lot of lube and stretching it with both hands to get myself out.

I plan on trying with a silicone sleeve and cap, to see if it fixes the seal, but I think perhaps the other sort of traction extender might work better.

I have been doing basic stretches and a little bit of the bundled stretches.

I also have tried pumping, which led me to learning about my turkey neck, When pumping, even while keeping all of my scrotum out of the pump, the base of my penis ( i think the turkey neck) swells hugely in the chamber, This has led me to be wary of pumping, and am a few days into the DLD testicle massage and stretch, which I think will help me there.


right now on my list of things to help with p.e. I have some silicone sleeves and caps (although i have no idea if I'll get the size right since i fluctuate so much) some grip powder, a thicker sleeve opening for my pump (Hoping to keep more skin out of the pump) a clamp, some kind of shitty knockoff LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging, and the other (non-vac) style of traction extender
 
I haven't taken measurements yet because all the acronyms confuse me, and its obvious to me that ive shrunk a bit overall, and my p.e. has so far had both good and bad in it, my flaccid is overall hanging very good these days with no assistance, roughly 4", unless shrinking from p.e. recovery, stretches give me some temporary length, up to 1/2" right away, putting me at 6.5" for the day, my routine is currently 2 days on 1 day off with length work, DLD Testicle stretch each day along with some pumping followed by girth work. I want to find something that helps me heal in a lengthened position like DLD has mentions so empathetically. I dont like the ace bandage type thing, it will make me nice and long but thin like a pencil and a bit cold, its better just to let it hang out and Ill have a 50/50 chance of a fat hang. (this was never the case when I was younger, only changed when i started improving my nutrition within the last 4 years)

I have two M10xM70 stainless steel rings, and when i wear them loosely on dick and balls it seems like it keeps me elongated and they dont get in the way of daily activites, but im worried that it will stretch my balls down lower, they already hang low enough xD
 
If you don't like using the ace bandage to stay elongated, you can use a penis sleeve. You can also use the SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger as well.

You have to see PE as a daily ritual if you want to make good gains from it.
 
As brother huge-girth said, wrap it. The weights on the rings you have will continue to pull the scrotum sac down. You may have a floppy-flappy ball sac to make your lady enjoy the fun, but like breasts, it may sag a bit too low over time.

However, addressing the gain-loss issue. Wrapping is a great way to keep both flaccid elongated, and after the intense stretch, it will keep the penile shaft constantly stretched throughout the day for additional growth. What you're experiencing is constant tug back caused by the body in reaction to micro traumas. If you stretched but don't wrap or keep it elongated during healing, the body will consider it as a micro or large trauma that it will cause the penis to shrink back into the penis to preserve itself. Since the penis is being retracted far into the body, there's not sufficient gap for old and new cells to grow and fill in. This is not beneficial to you. That's why you keep getting the gain-loss effects.

Quite interesting,The best way to keep getting bigger turning them into permanent gains is putting the silisleeves,the cock rings after finishing our routine.Cant wait for the day to order the largest sleeves and rings for my dick..

So smart to measure your head. I wish I did it. There is lack of men who do this. Not enough information to know how well it works
 
It seemed like it should be obvious, particularly as from what I understand, this is the area targeted most directly by your standard jelq. also directly linked to your EQ. but measuring it is quite difficult, I follow the widest area at an angle to the shaft, rather than directly around.

I have a flexible tape, I think for clothing measurements, after gaining an erection, apply a cock-ring or a clamp or something, as it is difficult to keep the head at its largest size while measuring. finally just follow the corona around its widest point, for me that means about a 45 degree angle from the shaft.

Also I should have measured my turkey neck, as it was looking absolutely massive before i started the DLD testicle stretch, at the moment I am doing that daily while I wait for a few items in the mail. My turkey neck looks much much smaller already and im about a week or two in. Thanks a lot very nice to see such rapid progress in this field where results are usually so painstakingly earned!

its been about a month or maybe less of consistent training, still learning a lot and tweaking my routine. ive gained 1/2" on my BPEL, nothing on my BPFL. I think the gains are most likely lig based but not sure what that would look like exactly.

Bundled Stretch [rotate Left 1 min / Right 1 min (x3) ]
Expressive stretch for ligs [Left 1 min / right 1 min (x3) ]
A-stretch [Left 30 secs / right 30 secs (x6) ]
BTC stretches [ Left 1 min / right 1 min (x4)

This is followed up by as much time in traction device as possible (aprox 4 hours a day) im using the pro-extender which has a loop fastener since i still cant get my vacuum bell device to work. my dick invariably gets cold and loses circulation, so i take it off and and gain a quick erection, hopefully to increase some bloodflow and nutrients to the region.

I am definitely going to get the lengthmaster when i get a chance I think that will help tremendously

Flaccid takes time to cement. As you gain on the BPEL, the tissues will relax and cement to the new BPFL. Just be patient on this front.

Very nice warmup routine. For the BTC, add a dynamic stretches of moderate to slightly more than moderate pull for 5 minutes one direction, then 5 minutes the other. Then back to 1 minute without rotation. You'll understand why after you do this. Reporting back on your finding. A surprise is waiting for you.

Yep. Noose and strap types can be a pain. Vacuum bell may be lose or a vacuum leak may be caused at the base of the glans. Try a flexible material like the THERABAND to act as gasket sealer and a traction promoter.

You will really appreciate the lengthmaster. Nothing can stretch at the intensity the lengthmaster can.
