case study extremely big problem. HELP SOMEBODY PLEASE....

somehow ive ended here after battling this injury for al most 6 months. im in my 40's . i had jelqed off and on and pumped for a month or 2. nothing serious. felt better, and hung better it seemed. no real serious gains expected. just wanted better bloodflow and quality.

one day, i jelqed a bit harder than i had been, but no pain, and jsut for a minute. next day i pumped and accidentally went more than i wanted. no pain. immediately released and red along the base of the shaft. within the day it was gone. several days later i woke up with a shrunken unit and slight numbess on the shaft. had all hard flaccid symptoms.

was scared, so continued making my self have sex,. after a month or so, it seemed it was subsiding. i still woke up in the morning with a chub. but everything shrank to nothing during the day.then it started seeming like if we had sex more than once a week, it would traumatize everything and destroy my libido and size again.

very sensitive glans with burning /cooling feeling. shrunk all day. no erections. no night erections. then it would come back a week later with her, and we'd have sex again. eventually i figured out we had to quit for awhile. 6 months later, here i am. we just went a month of nothing. i still walk around all day shrunk to nothing. we had sex 2 days ago and it was great, but now it seems to be overly sensitive again. only time i hang normally , is if i lay down in bed awhile. but soon after i get up, its all gone again.

sensitivity/nerve damage, seems likely, but not sure. nothing feels like me down there unless im hard. it doesnt seem like i did anything too hard/painful to cause this, but i obviously did. not sure if this will heal ever, but i cant take any more panic attacks and anxiety. its hard to make it to bedtime every day. its the only relief i get.

it feels like i have half what i did on a normal day now, with no arousal. ive also noticed a constant pressure moreso while shrunken, in my rectum /perenium area,that tightens when i flex my penis. i get decent morning/night erections sometimes, and sometimes not as much. but im sure my anxiety day to day is effecting that . i cannot masturbate to get hard since the 2nd month of this, due to it irritating the nerves it seems on the head. actual sex doesnt irritate it as much, but it still does.

i always have the numbness/sensitivity issue to some degree, but its super bad when its shriveled up and burns. im just not sure the nerves will heal, and i dont know what to do now. im mentally exhausted and depressed. i can barely force myself to work or do anything that involves moving. it lets me know every step of every day what ive lost.

Your body is a blessed and complex organic machinery. If we can understand it all, we wouldn't be asking professionals to perform expensive search and repair processes. We can just jump into a healing capsule and voi la, total healing. But we are not there yet.

This is an indicator there's something or somekind of blockage. When your body is naturally laying flat, blood pressure normalizes across the body. Same with testosterone loading. It elevates and maximizes to the point where your body optimizes for a good erection. During the day, your blood pressures are all over the place. Whatever is near the pelvic region causing the symptoms, it's there, hiding. This is what you're feeling.

Exactly just that. The symptoms are manifesting, but the source of the issues is hidden far deep inside. You can feel it at the pelvic floor. You can sense it's there. You can't get to it just yet. Now, we have to rule out one thing at a time. Be diligent and perform the various approaches we discussed previously.
 
i have no clue what to approach. it feels so wrong all day long. im afraid its just how it is even though i cant give up. i hate to say it, but the weird blocked feeling i get when i kegel sitting down feels good to me now cause its been this way so long. and it feels better than any other time, since its at least a feeling. sigh
 
This is where the mixed signal tends to be. For example, earlier in the week, or rather, two weeks ago, there's a feeling of pain sitting down. In the recent days, you indicated there's a "feels good" sensation while doing light kegel sitting down. This is where the true investigation approaches come into play. Doctors cannot help you on this as it's your own body that you have to make observation notes on:
  • Kegel: When you perform kegels, what kind of kegels? Active kegels by tightening up the pelvic floor, reverse kegels where you push against the pelvic floor as if you're taking a dump, or a combo of both active and reverse kegels? Frequency of the kegels, such as how fast you change from one to the other, or kegel sets in between a certain amount of rest?
  • Rest phases comparing to lack of rest phases: this has been discussed about in may posts, but rest is critical. It's essential. How much rest do you have? When did you notice the erection vs non-erectile period after a certain amount of rest? What's the quality of the rest? Detail logs like brother Haursen create a trend analytic you can get your teeth behind to mull over the info.
  • Emotion and psychological trend: as DLD and other brothers indicated, metal stability is the vast majority of PE, or rather a major role in your life in various areas. What was the influence of emotional and psychological issues in the prior day(s) that cause your erection quality to drop or rise during the night/early morning hours?
  • Blockage: you keep using the word and we echo it back to you. But, where is the feeling of the blockage. Don't guess. Trace it, or them, to the closest area of blockage(s). Without knowing where the blockage occur, it's like tossing a rock into a large lake it pray that it hits a fish on the way to the bottom. Don't play guess work, focus on tracing it/them. If the medical professionals know where to investigate, you are one step closer to finding the source(s) to deal with them directly and get rid of the symptoms.
  • Routines: you indicated you do kegel. But what about other routines? Example is prostate massage. Yes, straight guys don't do this, but do you know that we suffer a hidden ailment that could have been prevented? Do I do them? You bet. I started when I was in my mid 30s. How often? Every other day. Using what? Battery operated tools, manual tool, and even bare hands. It doesn't take long. If you can masterbate in a 5 to 15 minutes session, you can perform prostate massage within that time to achieve the same masturbation result, and at times, much more intense outcome. But what other routines are you doing or are you just sitting around and complain to increase your woes?
  • Medication? Supplements? Lifestyle changes? If you just hope and hope and hope and pray, you're not doing your part to heal. Prayers and hopefulness provide one level of healing. It requires you to be proactive in both pursuing the healing and discovering the sources of the problem.

no, no. lol. its a light pain. i just mean im getting so used to it . it doesnt feel good. its just that its an actual feeling response to a kegel. its the only time i can feel an actual feeling.
i dont do kegels per se. i just do them all throughout the day peridoically just cause i cant help it cause something is wrong. lol

i get plenty of rest. its my new passtime. 8-10hrs a day

emotional hasnt seemed to effect night erections. even my worst emotional days made good nights somehow

Blockage feels like its in my Butthole and up to my penis . or tightness rather

i have done a few prostate massages with therawand with no differences. massaged everything in there actually
ive tried various vitamins, supplements, etc. all seems like snake oil. lifestyle is as clean as i can get. gluten free, water,juice only. zero caffeine. low sugar, zero alcohol,or smoking, drugs, etc ,etc

and ive most likely discussed this previously. if i indeed messed nerves up like i feel like i did, could i have went 6 weeks or more without having any numness or loss of feeling? cause that is how it went. i just noticed i was smaller initially, and didnt have any arousal. nor could i kegel and get a mental erection. id still get hard with foreplay, and manually. and super hard at night. it was after that, i started getting sensitive, etc.which pregressively went to numbness, etc
