Hi guys, I've been pumping on and off for years but now ready to take things more serious and cement some gains. However, I'm new to the SSJ in the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) regimen. I'm wondering in I'm doing it too hard because I get some blood blisters at my base where I grip. Any ideas? And how long should I back off until I continue again? Also, Is the 5x5x3 enough for anybody, or should I add more things to it? I'm mostly going for girth right now.

Welcome to the brotherhood brother.

Blood blister at the base of the penis or at the base of the glans? SSJ holds at two points, which are the base of the penis and the base of the coronal ridge (your glans).

Sounds like you're employing too much friction where you grab. We tend to twist side to side, causing friction zone. Too much friction can cause blistering. Add a bit of lubrication, like lotion, gel, or even Vasoline.

And how long should I back off until I continue again?
When you have a blister of any kind, it will take a week or two for the body to reabsorb the blister and build new under laying skin, and then naturally peel off the upper layer. This is where you go slow and gentle as the new layer of skin is still tender and weak. Too much force too fast will create another blister.

Also, Is the 5x5x3 enough for anybody, or should I add more things to it? I'm mostly going for girth right now.
5x5x3 is good, but additional routines is better. 5x5x3 is for girth, but adding a bit of lengthening routine to maximize the tissue breakdown will increase the girth even more.
