Wrapping

Is it bad to wrap all the time? I have lengthmaster and I like it. I basically wrap all the time besides sleeping. Sometimes I feel like it’s constricting, sometimes not. Looking for some feedback. Thanks
When I was not training I was wrapped throughout the day.

Keep it wrapped up, but make sure there is blood flow. Wrapping help to promote blood flow into the penis because of the warmth and active elongation. It's forcing the penis to remain a flaccid state at all time during wrapping. I wrapped for nearly 15 hours today after my 40 minutes of LengthMaster routines.

Most of us that do PE with extenders and pump know it's time consuming to go against nature to gain what we want. But the results are the patches of honor we gain from beating the limits of our own DNAs.

Exceed 8 hours of wrapping and extending alone is a monumental task. Once we get into the rhythm, it becomes nothing more than a normal routine. So many brothers here are pushing 16 to 24 hours of PE routines like it's merely a past time hobby.

That's it! Make it a habit and a habit takes about 28 days to set in place. I also viewed it as a hobby which made things so much more inspirational.

Do you think when you need to rest it than rest it? Even if it’s a few days off, but keeping it wrapped up. I was told 3 days on and 1 day off. I do that but sometimes I don’t realize I overdo it but my unit tells me lol. Or rest one day and do a light routine until it feels healthy again? Some people think it’s good to stretch every single day regardless, and some people think you need rest. Again just looking for feedback as we all know how long this process can be and discouragement can set in when it’s not where we think it should be. You guys are the best, god bless you in this journey 🙏

Wrapping can be done at low traction at around 500g to 600g. It's practically a natural flaccid state. This is to keep blood flowing through the penis during rest phases. The tighter wrapping at 800g to 1100g is semi active stretching. This requires more rigid help from a sleeve or from a stronger tape. It places the penis into a semi active stretching like an extender.

3 days of active stretching and 1 day of resting. Wrapping lightly during resting phase for encouraging blood flow is always a good thing.

A light few minutes of jelqs on rest days is always a good thing. Notice I said "light". We want as much blood flow to deliver the building blocks via the blood at all time. This is how the penis grow. Have it shrinks and turtle places it into reserve mode

Yes when it shrinks/turtles that’s when you know it’s time to rest?

After the routines, your penis will try to turtle or shrink. This is when you need to stop the penis from doing that. Never let it shrink or turtle. You need to force it to remain at flaccid at all time, even during rest. This is why we wrap.

When you reach fatigue points or zones, your penis will fight back with you known as "tug back". The moment you come out of the pump or from the stretching routines, and it just doesn't want to remain at a flaccid state, you need to rest. This happens very commonly when you being aggressive with the lengthening processes. Rather than just rest in a turtle or shrink size, I wrap to keep it at flaccid. This very critical during cold days. You don't want to turtle or shrink and promotes constant warmth and blood flow. This is where we want the penis to repair and not place itself into sleep/reserve mode.

If you know and see your penis does not turtle or shrink during rest phases, you can allow it rest without wrapping.

But remember when you shrink up you have properly trained. I agree that keeping things extended through wrap or the SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger is vital to solidify the growth and will also teach your penis to remain long for all time.

Have you ever wrapped it when you went to bed? I have but felt it wasn’t healthy so I don’t anymore

I have on many occasions. I don't wrap tightly but loosely to keep it warm, especially throughout winter. Wife loves to pull all my blankets to her side. My little guy suffers from the cold like I do when she does. So, I wrap for the little guy's sake after a harsh day of PE routines.

Loosely wrap only creat around 500g to 600g of traction force. It only to promote blood flow and nothing more.

I like to wrap loosely but sometimes I have to wrap tighter like this morning because it’s trying to turtle on me

I strategically wrap the base of my glans with THERABAND to prevent just that. If your foreskin slides under the wrap, it will not stop the turtling. The TheraBand causes the friction zone and stops it from sliding.

Seems like wrapping is very critical to growth. Right now I have a self adhesive wrap cause it’s kind of stiff and it keeps it most elongated. But I feel it’s too tight cause the gland getting cold which means not a lot of blood flow I think. Is it bad if the gland gets cold??

Ouch. Self adhesive has its place in PE, but definitely not for post-routine wrapping. Use Uncle Jim's wrap (Uncle Jims Penis Wrap) or similar soft flex tape you can get at the local pharmacy stores. There are plenty of length and sizes, and they are quite soft. Great for heat retention without the "OUCHHHHH!!" from the adhesive material.

I meant it sticks to itself lol. Not me. That wouldn’t be good.

I actually have that wrapping material. I’m using Theraband under gland like you said and then that wrap. I tried that other wrap cause it was more stiff and I felt I could keep it stretched but then I wouldn’t get good blood flow. I’m understanding that it just needs to be kept elongated and not stretched for a comfortable state with good flow. And I’m hoping for good results.

I ordered a silisleeve. Any good experience with that?
