So I am posting this with the intent to get feedback on how you all train for lack of a better term. I’m comparing this similar to a Training split for weightlifting. This is my current split. Any feedback or opinions are appreciated. Thanks Brothers
Monday – length
Tuesday – girth
Wednesday – girth
Thursday – length
Friday – length
Saturday – girth
Sunday – rest
I’m only able to do my PE training in the morning. That is the only time possible for myself, with work and life, etc.
