Sorry for my absence. I fell and cracked my head open on the pavement. Been in hospital because of this and other medical issues. I will begin posting again tomorrow. I need to get settled in because I just got home. Things are still kinda foggy but feeling better a little at a time. Thanks for understanding and keep me in your prayers

I'm getting old and these accidents show that. So glad I did not have any brain damage. Now just trying to rest and recover

Still dealing with dizziness and forgetfulness. A head injury can take months to completely heal. Trying to rest more and using the walls and counter tops to prevent another fall. I completely stopped drinking as this can lead to a another fall.

Yes had every test possible but a concation can take time to heal

Main reason I quit drinking. About 1 month sober. Cracking my head open gave me the courage to stop drinking.

I think if you can do a couple decades of PE every day and remain that committed, you can give up something like drinking that ultimately brings you down in the long run no problem. You got this! Prayers for you brother!

I never shared this information on the forum however I am available to help if you need suggestions from a natural, organic, alternative route.

I am a certified health coach with my certification from Trinity School of Natural Health.
