Yikes! Very scary thing! Help!

So I had a moment where at the beginning of my urine stream there was some blood. Please advise on this. It was clear the ret of the way. What to do PLEASE??!

Yes sir brother! Thanks for the quick response! I think you were right there. I have since taken a couple of whizzes and no sight of blood. My zeal got ahead of me. Will rest and do kegels and allow it to heal. Gonna see if warm and cold therapy assist with the healing process as well and document for research purposes on my log post. Good shit man!

During this period, make sure to drink high VitC (2000IU) such as cranberry, or l-citrulline (malate) if you can. It expedite healing on top of infection prevention.

I take lots of L-Citrulline as part of my pre workout and in my BCAAs. Cranberry juice will be added. Thanks for that advice!
