Length work Kegals with traction device?

Is there any benefits in doing kegals while using traction device at the same time? Or should I not do that?

If the traction device needs your glans to remain expand, 2 second kegels will do just that. Other than that, if you must do kegels, the routine can be done at any time. The benefits range widely from person to person. It's never the same routine fits all when it comes to kegels.

My 2 cents is to do them separately, the only time I recommend to do kegels while doing PE is during a break between exercises in your routine. WHY seperate? It's like saying, can I place weights on my leg and lift them while doing a chest bench press? You could, I guess?! but not worth it. The risk and or not being focus on what you are doing would be my issue with doing Kegels at the same time with any PE exercise, except for ADS.

And this will be a great way to improve erections. The more kegels the way to so many improve.
