So I’ve been doing NoFap/semen retention for around 3 months now and to be honest, life has never been better but I’m also trying to PE. Until I get devices (LengthMaster 3 - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging and hydro pump most likely) and more privacy I currently have to stick with the newby routine (twice a day) but not really been jelqing, only stretching, kegels and post-stretch wrapping.

I guess my question is: has anyone got experience doing both of these together?

I know a lot of you use �naked people movies�, pills and other methods, and I also realise jelqing is similar to masturbating in a way, BUT is there a way to navigate this without the use of �naked people movies�/pills? My EQ is quite good anyway, mostly wake up with morning wood but thought it’s a valid question as the benefits I’ve got from quitting �naked people movies� and not wasting time with masturbating is quite insane. Don’t really want to give this up but also want to increase my package size for relationships etc.

Not heard of anyone mention combining PE and NoFap but I’m curious to hear thoughts about this…

Yes. A few brothers are doing it. Can't remember them all. The 3 months may be a bit long, but some are using the combo for a few weeks to 2 months.

But in terms of length I’m not sure. The typical recommended reset period is 90days. Most don’t make it a week let alone this far but those who do also report great improvements. Personally, EQ has never been better. Frequent morning wood at mid thirties when a few years ago I was struggling in general. Energy in abundance, confidence levels higher and so much more drive and motivation than I’ve ever had before. There are rough adjustment periods for sure but I don’t see why you wouldn’t do longer tbh. I want to keep these effects going. If I can combine this with PE long term it’s going to be magical haha.
 
I am not 'nofap'. But I avoid explicit �naked people movies� and opt for just solo teasing, strip tease, dancing type videos and let my mind do most of the work. I have tried just edging and not going to completion but it just doesn't work for me. After a week of not orgasming, I feel a diminishing effect. I don't know if it's really possible to be doing nofap and PE same time. To have an erection, you're going to need to either use your imagination or watch something.
 
Tough but worth the attempt as I think masturbation only hurts your training. If you fall off get right back on the wagon. Things become easier as time passes

Sex does not compromise PE, only enhances it, it's the #1 reason we do PE so that only works to benefit everything. The M word is harder because many who start don't know the difference between working out and pleasure. At first, I could not separate the two. After a while I have kept PE only for workout, if I am ever to do the M I do it a minimum of 1 hour before or after but not during, they are two different things in my opinion.

Definitely. Masturbation in moderation actually pushes your body to be more active in providing erection quality support. If course, try to back away from the naked people entertainment when masturbating. It won't help you later in life, especially the PIED issues.

I recognize what you are talking about.

I was also addicted to adult movies and fapping, but found my way out of it through PE. I know it might sound odd...

I'm not on complete refusal with naked people movies, but for example, now I haven't shot a load within couple weeks. Things used to be different, and last weeks with addiction were rough. It was period of seven weeks, I fapped every day, usually twice a day, sometimes three.

How the heck did I even find time for that?
Found myself edging on every possible situation throughout the day. On the evening after ejaculation I always promised myself that I'll have to stop this. Yeah right, usually less than an hour from previous eruption, there I was again, spanking my meat like it owed me money. and I found PE.
Now that I had heard some PE-lingo on this podcast, I also had right words to use on Google.

So now I still fiddle around with my meat member, but I have direction with it.
