Hard defined vein like lump ?

No this is a vein guys. No lump, and not a ingrown hair this is at the top of the shaft near the gland. I think maybe it needs time to grow. I think when i first started years ago with the bathmate i was using to high of pumping pressure causing this problem. I do not have the problem unless i add so type of jelq where im forcing more blood into the worked penis. This vein is huge and defined it is uncomfortable to touch when it is seen.
Yep, sounds like a bulge vein pressing on a dorsal nerve branch. Massage and compression after the session of pumping will help to reduce it.

Can you switch to using the MityVac - Wet and Dry Penis Vacuum Pump System in combination with SSJ? Dry pumping is what I recommend. Stop the jelq and switch to SSJ (Slow Squash Jelq).

Let's see if this makes a difference.

The bathmate gave me the biggest of expansion and honestly, I miss that pump. But there is a disadvantage to using the bathmate. It doesn't have a gauge. Without a gauge, you will pump at too high of a pressure and damage your penis.

When I was using the bathmate, I was getting 1 inch of expansion but that comes with sciatica nerve pains after 30 days.

I would have gotten to 7 inches in girth long time ago as far back as 2016. The bathmate stopped this from happening.

The mityvac is a superior pump. MOS endorses only the best products. We are the best in the PE market.

Yea i just try not to jelq as often. I was just wondering what this vein was and if anyone else had dealt with this problem. I do now use the mityvac. Using the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) and stretches as im trying to focus on length at the moment.

Yea and thats definitely where i think my problem came from over pumping. I used it about 4 weeks and i was looking nice and thick days later. Then the 4th week or so that vein appeared and never had it before that.

The thrombosis vein problem was very common back in the days which was why @DLD and @Lightning (RIP) came up with the Mityvac. Since the introduction of the mityvac, the thrombosis vein issue has reduced. It's rare to see anyone using the mityvac complain about having a thrombosis vein. The only problem a mityvac user can encounter is ingrown hair and it stops the moment you start shaving the penis hair towards the direction the hair are facing.

Please do the below routine hence brother:

5 minutes pumping
5 minutes SSJ

5 minutes pumping
5 minutes SSJ

I do 4 reps of 1 minute SSJ and it takes me 10 minutes. My routine is:

Bathmate users should do 2 days on and 1 day off routine. It's dangerous to pump with the bathmate consistently for 3 to 5 days consistently in my opinion. This is from years of experience. Ask @DLD, I've bought over 4 bathmate hydromax X9 in the past. I wasted so much money.

In my opinion, the bathmate should be used for sex only.

You won't encounter any problem anymore trust me on this. How long have you been pumping with the mityvac? I'm a guru when it comes to the mityvac. I can tell you the best gauge to use depending on how many months you have been pumping.

I have been using it about 2 months now.

You should be able to pump around 8hg by now or even 10hg. Don't go past 12hg no matter how professional you become. Also, don't let anybody tell you that dry pumping doesn't work.

I'm pumping dry and the gains are amazing. The mityvac bring real tissue expansion with very little to no fluid retention.

Now im now sure if this is right. But does the pressure drop and you have to keep pumping? Say i pump to 8hg it may drop to like 4 or 5 in seconds and i have to pump back up to say 8hg. Is this normal or do i not have a good seal?

It is normal for the pressure to drop after few seconds or a minute. Always pump back to 8hg instantly. That's the secret.

If 8hg is my maximum, I start at 5hg and before 2 minutes is over, I walk my way to 8hg and stay there for the remaining minutes.

It should not be normal. I can be at 10 in.Hg for 5 minutes without the vaccum pressure dropping like @strokeking are saying. Sorry to say it, but if the vaccum pressure can't be kept stable there is a leak in the system.

There is also a factor of volume. If you have a big water trap, like over 2 liter you need to pump a lot in the beginning, in order to get up the vaccum pressure to a reasonable level. But once you are there the vaccum pressure should not drop at all.
If the vaccum pressure drops there is a leak.

We can talk about where this leak can be at. It's probably just something easy. Tightening a fitting or something like that.

From my experience, the vacuum pressure on the pump will not stay at same hg in a 5 minutes period and this has nothing to do with leakage.

I trim the landscaping but my first thought is that hair being moist from the lube doesnt allow for a tight seal. Otherwise i think the fittings are all pretty secure.

If you are a mityvac user, I want you to come to this thread to prove whether I'm wrong or right. Does your pump stay exactly at same hg for a whole 5 minutes period?

Mines drops within 5 to 10 secs and i pump back up to the to around 8hg.

Bro, you cannot stay at same hg in a 5 minutes period, there is bound to be some loss in pressure within 5 minutes. Even @DLD won't argue this fact.

This is why you should pump to same pressure after few minutes. Always look at the gauge. Within 5 minutes, you will notice a difference in the hg.
