to chime in: I already made a thread about this 6 months ago. People on the German board I frequent are using this for quite some time now. Not a single one has reported mind-blowing gains afaik, although there have been some ok'ish gains. No injuries that I'm aware of either.

my take: off days happen from time to time when life imposes them (about once a month). If you preplan 5on2off, you will end up with 4on3off in most cases...
