Whats your thoughts on lig soreness from manual stretching from the newbie routine? Good sign or bad sign? I do 4 sets of the stretches a day seperated between 4 hrs.
Thanks DLD im planning on gaining .5 inch length and .25 inch girth before buying the bathmate and size genetics. So far ill continue doing 5 sets of newbie stretches a day and jelqs every other day with about 1000 kegels a day. Once i reach my goal i will be purchasing the equipment.
Is it possible that not doing enough kegels is hiding the gains that you made because you dont have enough blood to fill up the stretched length that you have?
Thanks DLD you're amazing! I started doing everyday 3 sets of the newbie stretches in the morning, 15 min of jelqing and 5 min of slow squash jelqs in the afternoon, and 2 sets of stretching at night.... What do u think?
