I've had to try my way to the right size. Some silicone rings looks the same size but they are very different in flexibility. This is the reason why I bought a pack of six rings.

Thanks both of you, it means a lot coming from you. I too believe it is a kind of adc, but I didn't think as small a pressure would result in any permanent gains. I'm just hoping I can keep it up, 0.5 cm per half year ain't bad.
