    for me, its about doing what you "feel" is best e.g. if you do 2/3 clamp sessions your EQ may get better but if you do 5/6 it may not get hard for a while. just an example - clamping can either make mine great or gone! i think jelqs have only ever increased my EQ though

    there was an exercise i used to do where you get fully erect and start edging, perform a uli and trap as much blood as possible - then when 110% hard, you grab the head with the other hand and squeeze all the blood into the shaft, i remember doing about 15 of these and seeing massive temp girth...

    just started back - if i have a good warm up, then i get a real good pump at around 20/25 mins. i dont like to kill/bruise myself so i think for now this will do fine! i normally finish off with a 3/4 min clamp - for the only reason to improve EQ and get that "full" feeling :)
