The theory is that progress is faster if the cells are still stretched when they heal and not sunken. One guy used the anology of a broken bone that heals in traction so its straight and not crooked. Makes sense and sounds dumb all at once.

I've been Penis Enlargementing for 5 days and am having sweet results. My BPSFL has gone up over 1/2" in that time! BUT- What I have noticed over the past 2 days is that when I'm sitting my penis retracts into my body a bit...almost to the point where the head is completely sunken...
Why I posted this- Because tonight's stretching session caused an increase in BPFL 50% greater than I have ever had before, a little over 3/4" which is a lot considering my regular flaccid size.

RED, I love ya man...but I have to laugh at the one exercide. The one that has us doing sit-ups for FIVE MINUTES STRAIGHT LOL God damn dude those are some pretty serious abs I'd need to be rockin.
