    Hey there ten minutes is fine, i tend to do a few whe i wake up (thats if i dont have to rush of) and then some throughout the day or when i am erect. I fin them easier to do and keep track of when i'm erect too. Are there any other exercises you would recommend?

    I don't think that really you have to abstain, for me i doubt i could do pe if i abstained from it because i would be too hard to do stretches or anything. I think you just need to make sure you can be hard enough for the girth exercises then your fine.
