It seems like I still have what I gained. It's been months and if I lost anything maybe it was a tenth of an inch. I'm thinking of starting again with an even more intense routine and being more consistent and see how fast I gain from that. Could gain faster hopefully.

I have made a decent gain of .25 inches in length in just a week of manual stretching. I took a break in PE and want to get back into it. I now want to do girth work along with stretching.
How does this girth routine sound:
- This will be done at 100% erection

That makes sense about length work giving you girth. I gained, roughly, .25 inches in just a week of manual stretching and the most intense parts of my routine were BTC, straight down, and the mandigo stretches. My girth just below the head is only 4.5 inches and at the base it's like 5.5 inches.
There's no limit to the amount you could stretch. I gained about .25 inches in the first week just by doing the newbie stretching routine and mandigo stretches twice a day
What is this strange device I've been reading about? I hear it's mostly used for sleep time. How would it be different from, say, a SizeGenetics Extender?
