thanks guys for your answers, after documentation on the web and after consulting some forums, it apears that a loss of 30-50lbs will "reveal" 1 inch of penis. So, knowing that i'im 13cm now, and that i have to loose 100lbs, i think that loosing fat well be the most effective PE exercice for me !
