I ended up on the site and I don't know what to do or how to do it. I don't have money for paid methods, so I'll have to use free methods, and I don't know if I can really achieve this goal. I've seen some threads but I never understand the terms, which are very technical, and I wanted to know if anyone can help me, suggesting what I can do to improve.

I'm already 18, so I guess it's too late for me, I can't do anything anymore, but I'll try anyway.

So, let's break things down little by little so you can fully understand. First thing first, what are you chasing after? Length? Girth? If you're chasing after both at the same time, you'll get a much slower result.

Since you don't have a budget for PE, and you're looking for free methods, that's not a problem either. Most of us started out with no budget, or even extremely poor man's budget. I was there. We were all there. Some of us are still on a poor man's budget.

Actually, 18 years of age is considered as a starting point. You are not even close to your prime of 21 yet. You still have another 7 to 9 years of constant growth potential. You may stop growing vertically, and your penile tissues may stop because of your genetics. It doesn't mean you can't force your tissues to continue to grow.

If you want gains on the circumference, or girth, first, That's definitely the 5x5x3 routine. If you're planning to go only with your hands as the poor man's budget, you can perform the various girth exercises, such as the slow squash jelq (SSJ), and various other power jelqs. If you can invest in a good pump like the MityVac, it will make the routine goes a bit faster and more effectively. Let us know what you want to do. Exercises by hands only, or invest in a moderate pump to ease your exercises with. Hands only can really tire you out.

Most of the exercises did have video. However, the videos were lost after the members retired, left, or just disappeared and those accounts they hosted the videos were lost as well. We backed them up, but our leader, @DLD couldn't find them through the various media he stored away. He also lost quite a bit from the fire at his place. A lot was lost. This can apply to both length and girth exercises, depending on what you're doing. Some length exercises requires semi-erection. Most length exercises are not. Most of the girth exercises require some level of erection. Some do not. But the lack of an erection quality can dampen the exercise effectiveness. It doesn't mean it will not work. It's just harder to get the expansion you need.


For a sexually healthy brother, 6 hours is not needed. It can be as little as 3 hours. The 6 hours help to build up the residual free testosterone and the capacity to get harder. For healthy and very vigorous individuals who can get a hard-on with just a mention of a sex position, it's not a problem if those individuals can get a full erection after releasing within the same hour.


If the act of an orgasm causes strenuous activities, then yes. If you can let loose in less than a minute, there's no strenuous issue.

There are scarring creams, such as post-natal stretch creams. Look into those. There are scar-reduction ointments as well. Depending on how large the keloids are, the strength of the ointments or creams can be adjusted to lighten and reduce them.

Let's break things down little by little until you can understand clearly. I'll keep the language to the simplest terms.

To focus on length:

All that has been described in your post above is for length. Every one of those exercises is for beginners, and also for those who like to warm up their penile tissues for the more serious exercises. The exercises are great starters to loosen up the penile tissues for girth exercises later.

To focus on girth:

This is where a different set of manual exercises comes in. When you did the length exercises, you break down the tissues throughout the penis. Now, you must expand the tissues from the inside. How? You read about the slow squash jelq (SSJ). You read about the jelqs on the exercise lists. You can see a few of DLD and a few brothers' girth exercises as well in the Media Instruction section. It's about getting your penis slightly erected, get some blood into the penis, but you don't have to keep your penis erect. It's about how much blood volume you can get into the penis. That blood volume is the key to expand your penis internally.

The SSJ traps the blood between the two squeezing points. One is that the bottom of the penis. The other is at the base of the glans. When your penis is flaccid, but you manage to trap about 80% of the erect blood volume, you can squeeze, bend, and move the blood volume around the shaft to expand which ever section of the penis you want. For example. If you want to focus the expansion near the bottom of the penis, you keep the squeezing hand at the base of the penis there, but you move the hand that you squeeze near the base of the glans slowly down to the middle of the penis. The hand that's closer to the middle of the penis squeeeze as much blood from the rest of the penis to force a balloon expansion between the two grabbing point. This is slow squash jelq.

The other method is grab both hands at the base of the penis, squeeze tight, and slowly glide up to the middle of the penis. This forces the blood from the rest of the penis towards the glans, causing all the blood to expand everything from the base of the penis to the entire glans. This is the Power Jelq, while some brothers called it Horse Squeeze Jelq.

But when your penis loses the other hormones to get your blood pumping. This will be very hard to get your penis to get a good erection, good blood to flow into the penis, and various blood delivery of needed resources to make your penis to push hard in expanding your penis. If there's not enough blood to flow into your penis, there are not enough resources from the body to enable the cells to repair faster. The number of repairs has reduced, and your gains have also reduced.

Most brothers can't correlate between the two in the past, but now they can with more medical and biological information provided through biological and biochemical sciences.
