Don't just look at the glans issue because the sexual function is not at optimal conditions. Look further down than the penis. Worry about pelvic floor. Worry about the left side of your body, from the hip to the toes. Worry about the urinary incontinence issue. Worry about the anal sphincter pain. The glans is just one of the symptoms. When you only hyperfocus on one issue rather than the larger picture, you're narrowing your escape and blame on something that was last known to be the possible culprit, naming it as the primary scapegoat to call it a day, but you have a larger issue in the making. But, I'll just leave it here.
If you want to stop that dorsal nerve irritation, one of my colleagues chimed in that there's a stopgap measure since they handled similar cases as yours. There's an existing method to block the dorsal nerve by injecting the nerve blocker directly at the pudendal nerve. The procedure takes less than 10 minutes. The lasting effect can go from a few weeks to a few months, sometimes going past a year. Of course, take the good news with some bad. Numbing or blocking that nerve irritation can also cause other side effects, such as having full sensation of the entire penis. Something to think about.
