+2" length and +2" grith,,,3 months

As some may know I have been gone for a year but that has not stopped my growth and the way I go about it. First and foremost gaining size is all about internal access to the penis. we have been going after external penis for years now and in my opinion this is the slowest possible way to gain. Although external stretching does have its benefits but it should not be dependent upon that alone. If you trace your penis from the base into the body you’ll notice inches of untapped penis. I started this routine about 10 months ago and I have gained 2 inches in length and a full inch in girth. I took a short break before I started this routine and I settled into about 9 1/2“ x 6 1/2“ today I am 11“ x 7 1/2“. 90% of this came from internal penis. The question is how to access this penis and develop it to become external penis. There are many ways but I will only go over what I have found to be the best.
Before I take pictures of 9/11 --> soon and video so it’s very clear to what I’m doing so there is no mistakes. Basically most of this exercise routine is manual there is some equipment I used to make it happen including the SiliStretcher, the LengthMaster, sleeves and a homemade device the allows external expression throughout the day. This routine also concentrates on losing as much fat from the fat pad as possible and I have an exercise allah routine that’s very quick and effective in doing this. I would love to know who is interested so I can make you suck under my belt and guide you through this new sucking routine. SRT is still the best possible way to make growth but now with this new SRT routine coming out people should see even better growth. I suggest you continue on the SRT routine as it is written for now until I make this routine available. I’m very excited about this because I never thought I could make any more growth but once I discovered this new technique or should I say techniques I saw an explosion in growth in a very short time. Welcome to the brotherhood, brother. Well, before you start, do read up on a few things just to wrap your brain around things first.

Safety first as a new PE journeyman:


Do recognize the inherent dangers of PE if you don't employ safety first. Go through each and every subforum of the injuries the brothers suffered:


Ask questions like your manhood is depending on it. DO NOT STOP ASKING. If you have an uncertainty on something, ask. Ask, and ask. There is no such thing as a foolish or stupid question.
 
Best way forward is to do the newbie routine for 4 to 5 weeks. From there you should feel able to do the SRT routine. The SRT routine will be a permanent workout meaning you can gain consistent growth just by making it more intense or adding more sets.
 
First it should be noted that with all of the internal penis we have we have so much potential that goes untapped when we stick with traditional exercise. Traditional exercise only affects the outside of the penis. In order to gain access to the internal penis we need to think about going deeper into the tissue to reach the very base which is just outside of your sphincter. Accessing this means using the right techniques and tools to do so so is a first addition to this exercise and for those who use the LengthMaster we want to get his deep into the tissue as possible by using the ring of the LengthMaster. So taking your LengthMaster and putting your penis through the rain ring while using good pressure to expose as much penis as possible is very important. Once the penis is exposed you can keep one hand on the ring of your LengthMaster while using your free hand to stretch that internal penis as far into the root as possible. This may feel awkward at first and you will need to get used to that. The feeling is an aching at the very base of your penis you will also feel some pressure against your testicles so be sure to keep your testicles as far away from the root of your penis. Once you’ve established this you can go on to stretch all exposed penis. In no time you will see immediate flaccid growth with erect growth to come next. Within one month you should be able to gain up to an inch of new penis via the internal penis.

please try this exercise and let me know what you think. If you need any more explanation or help please simply ask me as I am now back on the board every day. I have no doubt that you will exponentially speed the growth of your penis by using these new methods. I have spent time in the past on internal Heynis but this new routine will be exclusively concentrating on internal penis. Any external exercise will rely on the SiliStretcher or any other extender you have access to. As I stated in the past I will be making a cock sucking video showing each of these exercises so there will be no mistakes on what you’re doing but even then if you need help please do not hesitate to ask. The reason we are using an extender is to keep ourselves elongated in the proper position so all internal structures brought outside can heal as fast as possible. You can also use a sleeve to do the same thing with much less intensity but it’s better than nothing as healing will be just as important as gaining.

As you wrote this 3 years ago, do you still think it's good to add this in a routine or do you have better alternatives for inner penis as of now?
 
The PowerAssist exercises are great for length but don't ignore the LengthMaster training as you can bundle them giving even more growth. As a total routine SRT is the way to go. Read through SRT to see the benefits of this routine
 
Nice. I did read about expressive stretching to access inner penis in SRT. Could you link me to some expressive stretching exercises?
That is basically gripping from the base and stretch from there. The lower you go the more it is an expressive exercise.

I have tried to stay as consistent as possible since the beginning of the year. It's been hard . Although the last two months or so I have felt confident about my size . It's like this mind body process that is automatically reacting towards the Pumping and pulling..😆🤔🔥

Mike I can't wait to get there to 9x6"😎 I'm getting closer everyday.. I'm using the Lm and the Mityvac I feel great after every pumping session.. I'll measure by the end of the month. Pull downward. Let's consider this as 0 degree, straight down. This stretches mainly the suspensory ligaments. Going towards between the legs to the backside, let's range it as + degrees towards 90. This the between or behind the cheeks (BTC). This is to pull on the hidden segments of the penis by stressing the ligaments and base muscles.

I agree 👍 I want to hammer on the BTC. When this is done you are hitting the most extreme angle. To make even better bundle these stretches. I know you do not have equipment but I would suggest you save up and grab a LengthMaster. This tool will lead to very fast gains. It also can be used as a powerassist, hanger, stretching and bundled stretcher. In the mean time you can use a pvc pipe or a broom stick to mimic some of these exercises.
 
BTC. Bundled stretching is supposed to hit the ligaments . I have to visualize myself whit a 9×7" by the end of the year!. A weak mind can never go far! Throw the powerful positive energy at me. Mike,old and lively huge girth are part of my growth.. Every teaching is a step beyond 🔥

I only want to work on primarily getting the inner part to be external. So I’ll keep it very basic with simple exercises that do that but being very repetitive with them. So BTC is a primary one I shall do but what are others to add to this routine.

The pull of the penis shaft towards the back towards the butt cheeks stress the suspensory ligaments responsible in holding the penis point straight up, as well as the muscle tissues that hold the penis firmly in place for vaginal penetration. Think of a tractor pulling on a small oak tree over time, pulling on the tree and the deep roots. The trick is not to uproot the tree completely, but to stress the tree trunks enough to cause it to grow longer/taller, while stressing on the roots just enough to expose the hidden portion of the tree below. When the runner roots and anchoring roots are stressed, the tree sends more runner roots out, while the thicker anchoring roots toughen up or grow longer. Too much stresses can *SNAP* the roots, in this case, the ligaments.

Also the a stretch and v stretch do those pull on the inner parts as well. I only want to work on primarily getting the inner part to be external. So I’ll keep it very basic with simple exercises that do that but being very repetitive with them. So BTC is a primary one I shall do but what are others to add to this routine.

Full stretches using BTC pulls on the inner part. V-stretch don't. It only stresses the penile shaft to stretch out at the V point, or the fulcrum point. The V-stretch allows you to make the penis grow where ever the location of the stress point is. BTC pulls on the the entire penis, literally, from the deep deep deep portions to the very base of the glans.

The word "quick" and PE don't go well with each other. If our mentality falls into the trap of quick gains, easy gains, or false promises, we'll end up severely injuring ourselves or being scammed out of our money. So, the best way to approach this is, "It's a marathon and not a sprint race."

However, a safe and methodical approach to have proper gains are simple:
  1. Safely acclimate your penile tissues to you are ready for more intense routines. The SRT (<- a link now) has a newbie section where you can use the newbie routine to get your tissues ready. Newbie routines tend to be a 3 to 8 weeks journey to safeguard your tissues from being torned and shredded like a rookie with heavy bodybuilding weights.
  2. Once you're ready within that 8 weeks, or after the newbie routine weeks, you still use the newbie routines to warm up your tissues, but now you're going into higher intensities with stronger pulls and more elaborated exercises. The fastest approach is the behind the cheeks or between the cheeks (BTC) excerise. It also pairs up with the bundled/bundling exercise where you twist your penis to one direction until the tissues are stressed under the contortion, and the pulling force or known as traction force/loading is less. Even though the traction force is less, because of the contortion of the penile tissues, the stress load is much higher.
  3. The exercises and time invested will be the promoters of gains. For example, newbie routine to get your tissues primed during the first 4 to 8 weeks is between 15 to 20 minutes. However, as you use manual method by hands, your time will increase from 20 minutes to as much as 60 minutes. BUT, the major factor to the faster gains is the mechanical assistance, such as the Length Master, extenders, and all day stretchers. Don't think that your PE stops after doing some manual works. You have to put in the time to keep the penile tissues extended/elongated to keep the tissues filled with void gaps so the new cells can fill the gaps, which in turn create gains.
